    Open box purchased in December of 2024 looked good until I took the fridge home that it was built in 2019!!!

    The best part of our refrigerator purchase was Michelle Lockhart, Best Buy's "in home advisor". We are buying a new home and outfitting it with the refrigerator, TVs, sound, security cameras. Michelle's help was an invaluable time saver. Her service also saved us money! We highly recommend using an "in home advisor"
