I am very happy with this refrigerator. It made my kitchen look so elegant.

I am writing this because this is going on the third time for service on this piece of crap kitchenaid refrig, I have been waiting on them to show up which is fields appliances out of Orlando for week, I call for service to KA to come out on 12-21-20 KA said they can"t have my refrig look at until 1-4-21 ,when I ask if there was any one else they can call and they said no, And for me to call fields to get on the cancellations list which I call then and email them to let them know I had a lot of family coming over and my refrig is warm they did not even acknowledge my problem I even offer to paid for service call [which I am not responsible for] they are the only ones they use , Now if Fields would of fix the problem the first time or even the second time I wouldn't be writing this. And now not only is the refrigerator not cooling the water and ice have stopped working. I've had to throw away so much food and afraid to put anything in there. There was delay in getting the refrigerator from the get go and I'm thoroughly frustrated. Paid 2900.00 or more for this and it does not work.

Love it, only issue is one drawer, the frig side, comes off once in a while the front of it.

We purchased this model a week back and had issues with the water filter unit not closing properly causing the filter to pop out every time the water dispenser was being used or ice was being formed. We received a replacement refrigerator in 4 days and had the same issue. Like others have also mentioned the interiors are very cheap as well. Also very disappointed with the customer service who could not understand our issue and they kept sending the wrong person instead of a qualified technician to address the issue.

Like our new fridge. Seems to hold a lot and I love how the ice doesn't take up 1/2 the freezer like many other refrigerators.

It’s hard to review something that’s new. I like the features. It’s not as user friendly to choose the feature on the door front because it doesn’t lead you, but then again I am older and use to appliances that were 15 years old. I’ll get use to it. I like the bottle holders too.

Very nice counter depth refrigerator, it worked perrfect in the kitchen.

It takes about 24 hours to start cooling, but it is working very well.

I am not a fan of bottom freezers so a side-by-side is the answer. Most are not even able to hold a frozen pizza. Not a huge frozen pizza fan, but seriously - why wouldn’t the makers of refrigerators keep this in mind as soon many people consume frozen pizza!?!? Anyway, this one does hold a full frozen pizza AND has adjustable door storage. Beautiful water/ice in door, too.

Label on refrigerator noticeably tilted. Unit was not leveled by delivery person; difficult to correct
