Not happy at all with the delivery or the product…. The door handles do not match up (one door is lower than the other)… I believe each this should have been corrected when delivered. The produce drawers in the refrigerator do not slide in and out with ease… it is like they are off track. After the first week it is making all kunds of noises all night long. Very disappointed with delivery setup and product quality after spending close to $3,500…. Wish I could return it and start over. I called but no one returned my call and I am a Elite member.

Best refrigerator ever - it has everything: water dispenser, ice maker, handles that are comfortable for the elderly to open the door to the appliance, an inner wine rack

Is spacious and works great. Ice box refills in almost 6hrs.

Immediately after installation, the door ajar alarm began going off every 5 minutes. Called best buy to service this, 5 members of the Geek squad including the person who installed the refrigerator could not figure out what was wrong. The doors were red balanced twice.Still alarming. They offered to replace the refrigerator but it will not be in until late March. We called an appliance repair man who does Kitchen aid warranty work. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. The right upper door switch was not depressing, the next day a part was installed. No further problems. Best Buy may know computers, but not much about refrigerators

We are really happy with this side by side counter depth fridge freezer - it was not immediately our first choice tbh but I’m delighted that we decided to get this one . I particularly like that it’s easy to access and see the freezer contents as opposed to them being layered in deep drawer

The drawers are wonky, the components are cheaply made. Hard to clean. Best Buy employees and delivery were great though.

Love kitchenaid appliances -beautiful refrigerator

All my other appliances are Kitchen Aid and I like the quality and reliability of their products.

Easy to organize the food. Needed a counter size refrigerator and this one is great. Lots of storage in the fresh food section. The ice maker is on the door so there is no lost shelf space in the freezer. Also I like the unique feature on the display panel as it tells me how many ounces of water are being dispersed.

This KitchenAid refrigerator is doing what it was bought to do. The ice and water functions work well. It's attractive, too. And we like the side-by-side doors.

I purchased a ref. this week and was very happy with the honesty and recommendations form your staff. The delivery people went to extra measures to get the old one out of the kitchen. Since I just got it, I have some concerns with the speed of the ice maker, but according to the manual, I need to wait for 72 hours.
