The price is fare with open box , can’t find anywhere is better.

IMPOSSIBLE to believe that it's rated so highly on here. Check KA's own website and it doesn't get good reviews mainly for poor warranty service and issue with fridge/freezer not cooling. Purchased in Nov 2019, Refrigerator compartment stopped cooling in Aug 2020. Repair tech visits on Aug 24, Sep 5, and Sep 17 failed to solve refrigerator issue. 12-day delay between visits due to waiting on parts and nonavailability of technicians. On Sep 5 visit, thermistor was replaced, on Sep 17 control board was replaced and as of Sep 18, freezer stopped cooling resulting in $200 of spoiled/melted food. Ever try to clean out melted ice cream from a freezer? Well it's Not easy - it's sticky and now the compartment smells AWFUL! Still no end in sight on warranty repair or getting our refrigerator/freezer back to working condition. Until then, lots of dry goods and warm beverages.

We love our new KitchenAid Refrigerator inside and out. We can easily find things inside the freezer. We ordered it at Best Buy and it was delivered within a week. Very professional service.

Love it. Actually has more space and more organized than my full width refrigerater.

My husband and I are faithful Kitchenaid customers! They did not fail on this beautiful unit. We are a family that uses a lot of ice, but the ice maker has done an amazing job..... the bin is always full! Another great purchase.

This is a very well made and beautiful refrigerator inside out with plenty of space for a family of 4. We've been using it for a couple of months now and hope that it'll be problem free. We love it so far and have no complaints.

Terrible Service, After waiting 1 week for a delivery, got a phone call to reschedule it one week from the initial delivery date, Agent refused to transfer me to a manager to resolve this.

Nice looking but that’s it. 2 weeks old and water dispenser and ice maker stop working. Service guy coming next. Keep you posted

I have previously purchased this model refrigerator 3 years ago, I liked it so much I’ve bought another (same unit) at my new home. Not pleased at how pricy the water filters are.

The assistance in store was very good. The delivery and installation was great. The delivery guys were on time, very neat and tidy and took great care of our hardwood floors, door openings and cabinetry.

So far so good. Really well made. Very high quality.

Beautiful looking fridge but that's about it. This is not a cheap fridge, so I expected it would last. On a few occasions, the waterline froze but sorted itself out with a little time. The big problem came when it just stopped working a month ago. Luckily, we had the extended geek squad warranty (still a huge pain) but that still means we've been a month w/o a fridge in our kitchen. They had 4 different people come out to look at it, a week apart from each other. SLOWEST PROCESS EVER. Then they had some poor contractor come out to spend 6 hours trying to fix it with zero luck. It ended up being a freon leak somewhere inside the unit. I've finally been given a credit for the purchase but that's it. No advice on a replacement or anything like that. I'm guessing it will be another month before we can actually get the new fridge installed. Save you money and time. Buy anything anywhere else.

This is a solid refrigerator, excellent interior configuration to maximize storage while maintaining visibility so things don’t get buried in the back and forgotten for months.

The fridge never works i miss 3 days from works because the people on best buy was sending the delivery guy to fix it at the end, they just returned the money, because they didn't have another fridge on sale

Kitchen Aid Appliances can never go wrong. Love the interior look of it. They delivery team was sneaky trying to deliver and quickly leave with having a very large dent of this expensive model. I made them take it back.

Nice refrigerator for a small family... not for a big family

Unit was missing trays for inside refrigerator door, having considerable trouble in dealing with mfg in obtaining correct parts. Still “in the works”

Great purchase lovely mom space! Had a fridge that was 2 inches shorter and the interior felt like there was barely any room to store items, this one is great!
