Entire unit squeeks and makes noises anytime it is touched or turns on. Kitchen Aid support/Warranty has been awful. Would never recommend to buy Kitchen Aid Appliances.

Unfortunately, a replacement for this damaged one cannot be delivered until January 19, 2021, three months after our original purchase. We are uncertain as to whether the product is manufactured without defect.

The quality is top notch, on the inside of the fridge. I love it.

Piece to fix needed to be ordered. Will not be in until second week of February. That’s two months without water or ice in a brand new refrigerator

Enornmous freezer. Great fridge, tho the shelves seem to be fixed. I moved where they had the wine rack down so now works well
