This has been going on since day one and its still broken after two visits by a Whirlpool approved technician.

Open Box-Fail

Plug it in and it did not work correctly. Contacted Best Buy to resolve. Same issue for the reason it was returned. Should have never been on the floor for sale.

Disappointed with entire process

We had to reschedule for a week later. It arrived with two small dents on the inside of the doors where the doors meet. Also there was glue on the side which may be insulation coming through a seam. The refrigerator was supposedly special order so that may explain the delivery issues. Although the other 4 pieces we purchased had the same problem. I expected more from one of the more expensive refrigerators they sell. They are supposed to replace the unit. We’ll see. Also purchase date they’re listing is incorrect. We our used it on 1/21.

Awful! Does not cool.

Refrigerator side ices over like the others have experienced, so the air cannot flow to keep food cool. Paid almost $400 for a relay to be replaced and it still ices over. We have to melt the ice with a hairdryer every other freaking day to keep it below 60. Super frustrating to spend this kinda of money on a fridge to only last a year. Never made much ice either. Piece of junk with a fancy name badge.

Leaking already

Only had it for 1 day, and started leaking water. A team came out to make sure it was installed correctly, and it was. Now we are waiting on someone to come out to repair. Don't think I would buy this again.
