This refrigerator needs more shelves. One glass shelf in the freezer, one glass shelf in the refrigerator and two bins in the refrigerator door. I had to buy these from Kitchen-Aid for over $500.00. The pads to push to get ice or water are hard to work. Overall the refrigerator is quality and beautiful.

It really is a great product and looks sleek and modern.

This unit replaced my aging 25 year old Whirlpool frig. (Whirlpool manufactures these under Kitchen Aid brand) Pros: Easy water hookup Keeps both freezer and frig temperatures consistent Cons: Plastic drawers w/plastic shelves do not slide in/out smoothly in their plastic drawer guides/rails Doors were misaligned (Manually adjust w/wrench) Refrigerator [side] door squeaks when opening and closing Water from dispenser is always warm for the first 3-4oz

Have been happy so far with this frig. I may have to have the icemaker checked as there seems to be a build up of ice particles under the container. The refrigerator side will seem small with the upright freezer but it is just my husband and me so the size is fine.

This was the only counter-depth refrigerator that would fit the space in my house because I have cabinets on the left and a wall on the right. In order to open the doors 180 degrees, they had to open flush to the side of the refrigerator. If they did not, it would hit either the side cabinet or the wall. I didn't realize this with my last refrigerator and therefore, had to pull the refrigerator out from the back wall. It kind of defeated the purpose of having a counter-depth refrigerator. I was unable to find many other brands where the doors opened up flush.

Great purchase. Very roomy inside for a counter depth fridge. Removable Ice storage is a cool feature. Heavy duty handles, a lot of room on door shelves. Well thought out design.

Bought this to match existing appliances. Love the cabinet depth. The deducted star is due to misleading info from KitchenAid. BB and KA website both show the water dispenser has saved favorite settings that can memorized. This is absolutely false.

I bought this refrigerator to match my range and microwave. I have a new house,and was using my older KitchenAid refigerator. It's still working great after 12+ years. But I wanted the new pretty frig. It looks so good inside and out. My great room is combined with the kitchen. Very important the frig is quiet. It is amazingly quiet. All I hear is when ice drops or the water is required for the icemaker. The inside is nice too. I highly recommend this product.

This product looks great. The ice maker really kicked in after a week or so, but the refrigerator side freezes my produce constantly. This is a big money waster for me. I have the temp set to 37°. I'm still trying to figure how to not waste my produce. Other than that it's fine.

The fridge has been working efficiently and quietly. It has kept our food cold in the fridge section and frozen in the freezer section. Has done its job well. Delivery was shorter than expected. Great service.

Very happy with my lovely new KitchenAid refrigerator. It is very quiet. Love the interior lighting. Attractive and you can easily see everything. Enjoy having "crushed" ice. It is perfect for my needs.

Sick of problems with 2 different French Door Refrigerator’s Ice Makers in the refrigerator compartment, we went back to a side by side that has the ice maker in the freezer compartment where it belongs. This model actually has more usable space to work with than a French Door model of the same capacity. Nice lighting and having a deli drawer and dairy compartment were important features. Wine rack is a nice addition for bottles. Vegetable/fruit bins have very workable space with a veggie filter to extend freshness. Very happy with purchase!

1 month since delivery. No problems, working well. Delivery was smooth and easy. And Best Buy has a 15 day return window, free pick up, for any reason.

Nice looking refrigerator. Fairly quiet. This is our third one since 2008 so not the most reliable but we did buy the third one since it fits the space we have for our refrigerator 36” wide.

We replaced our old KitchenAid refrigerator with this new one. It is nicely upgraded. We love the new handles. It is very quiet with more storage than our old model. We would definitely recommend this refrigerator to our friends.
