DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR! THE REFRIGERATOR STOPPED COOLING AND NOW BOTH THE REFRIGERATOR AND THE FREEZER HAVE STOPPED WORKING IN 8 MONTHS!! IT HAS NOT BEEN A YEAR AND I SPENT 4000 ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! THE PEOPLE THEY USE TO SERVICE ARE NOT RELIABLE AND THEY WEEKS TO MONTHS TO COME OUT TO SERVICE YOUR APPLIANCE, BEWARE I READ THROUGH THESE REVIEWS AND THOUGHT I WOULD NOT BE ONE TO GET A LEMON BUT I DID, BUT AFTER SEEING THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND FINDING PARTS I WOULD SAY THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Replaced my ge refrigerator with this one. It is a very elegant looking refrigerator and performs well. Great size for a counter depth.

We've had the refrigerator for 2 weeks, and we are having trouble with the icemaker. We hope Best Buy can resolve this issue shortly

We love this refrigerator. I replaced a 20 year old Kitchen Aid with this unit. The only reservation I have is the when the icemaker refills with water, it makes a loud eerie noise.

I just had delivery Aug. 19, today is August 31st. Unable to give an accurate review. It works! I had gotten a new Samsung in Jan. 2020, however, it never worked. This is a welcomed appliance. Very nice looking and everything is COLD....Unlike the other new refrig. Today I would recommend this refrigerator...Very nice

Bought this KitchenAid refrigerator during a full kitchen remodel and we love the sleekness and large size for a counter depth refrigerator. We were concerned about some of the negative reviews we read concerning the icemaker but we've experienced no problems! It's really a beautiful refrigerator and looks great in our new kitchen!

Best fridge I have ever owned and it’s the most beautiful looking one on the market

The delivery and installation was awful , I got open box , the delivery guy didn’t install the water pipe properly which caused a leakage . And they didn’t even know that it has to be taken out of showroom mode. I spent my personal time of 6 hours figuring out everything on my own.

This was so nice and unique that I thought, because of the brand and price, it would be perfect. However, it makes a horrible noise, and I noticed many negative reviews after buying it. Additionally, food goes bad because the temperature fluctuates on its own. I’m very upset—it's been less than a 2 Months with this fridge!

Ok lets just start off by saying this isn't a starter fridge... we wanted something that looked built in but without the price ... This fridge is sexy... Yes I know its an appliance but with the stainless and wood interior it is the best looking appliance I have ever seen... the only con I have is that the ice cubes are too small, like nugget size ... but I know a lot of people like that so to each their own!

This is the second one I've bought, we purchased one two years ago before we moved and when we bought our new house they had an lg which was terrible so we decided to buy the kitchen aid again and life in the kitchen has been so much enjoyable. spacious and the look is unbeatable. Due to Covid 19 it took about a year for them to get back in stock but well worth the wait

This refrigerator is certainly nice looking. We get lots of compliments on the LED lights inside and the overall look and feel. In terms of function though it's really on par with many other models. Not too many stand out features for the investment. Also, we had to exchange the first one because it was substantially louder than the Samsung we replaced so I thought something was wrong with it. The second one is somewhat quieter, though for the money I had hoped it would be even better than our old Samsung in terms of sound. That isn't the case. Overall it's a good refrigerator if you want to spend money for sake of getting a sharp looking platinum interior and LED lights. If you don't care about looks then there are plenty other models on the market with more features and less money.

The only reason it doesn't have four stars is one of the shelves arrived damaged and there isn't a lot of ice storage.

We bought this to match all of the other appliances that were installed in our new home in Austin TX. We have previously had wolf and viking and sub zero appliances but overall we are extremely pleased with the kitchenmaid brand and this particular unit. One thing, however, is that the shelves are not adjustable and that is an issue for those who want to have either short or tall spaces between shelves

Refrigerator does not accommodate as much as I had hoped. Very good looking appliance Ice is a different/good size

The fridge is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Wood accents, resists fingerprints, the nicest fridge I've ever seen. Functionality I can't comment on yet as it hasn't been installed as the kitchen reno isn't completed. I can say that the ice on the door takes up a lot of rooms on the interior of the left side of the door. I'm looking forward to seeing how everything fits inside.
