The guys were terrific however - they didnt bring the hose kit - the fridge is unlevel there is no tray for the water/ ice base

So far, so good. Previous user of a Samsung fridge, but glad I made the change to this KitchenAid model. Love the look and feel of it. You can tell the product is made with the utmost quality. The interior itself is very spacious and organized so you have so much room to work with!

The fridge is great. However, it was too tall for my space. With installers not able to figure out why, we had to hire a contractor to come to cut cabinetry. Confusing.

Not only does this fridge look great, but it functions at a very high level!

Quality kitchenaid fridge in the latest black stainless design! Lots of features and flexibility and I couldn't beat the Best Buy price anywhere! Best Buy white glove delivery was exceptional. The guys were extremely professional and meticulous.

This is a beautiful refrigerator, but is does not function well. We bought this solely based on the brand name and appearance but should have done our research as this gets many, many poor reviews. Within the first two days of owning it, we knew it needed to be returned. The refrigerator section functioned okay but did not properly cool enough and the layout is not user friendly. Multiple items thawed in the freezer again and again. Best Buy Total Tech's third party installers handled the installation and everything was done properly, the refrigerator itself is just not a good product. We returned it to Best Buy and got the Bosch 800 series which we love!

I have had this refrigerator for about 2 months and am absolutely in love with it. There is plenty of room, plenty of ice, it is very quiet. The unit is beautiful inside and out. I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery was flawless.

This is the second refrigerator that was delivered within a week. The quality of the drawers for the price I paid it is not acceptable. The whole refrigerator had to be replaced because of improper alignment with the drawers and they’re still not that good. However, if I want better drawers, I have to keep on getting a new refrigerator. Way too much money for the quality of workmanship.

We remodeled our kitchen and put all kitchenAid appliances. It looks great.

Great refrigerator. Beautiful wood accents on the inside. Ice maker is quick to replenish ice and doesn't seem to hang up like some others I have had. This is about as nice as it gets before you jump up to the models double this price.

What a BEAUTIFUL refrigerator!! We love KitchenAid, it lasts a long, long, long time and its absolutely gorgeous inside.

Perfect fit for our space, without having to pay $9k for a built-in. Looks every bit as good as a built-in, with Kitchen Aid quality. And the delivery and setup were just good. They even checked my washer/dryer hookups, as I had just moved.

WORST APPLIANCE I'VE EVER PURCHASED. NEARLY ALL OF IT HAS BROKEN DOWN, WE'VE HAD REPAIRS DONE ON IT FROM ONE MONTH IN TO NOW, BEFORE IT WAS EVEN A YEAR OLD. NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY ON IT. ICE MAKER IS A DISASTER

I purchased the KitchenAid 23.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator a few months ago, and so far, I don't have any major complaints. The water dispenser has been a bit of a challenge, as it's very sensitive and can sometime dispense water into the floor when using if you're not careful when removing your cup/glass. Be sure to run 3+ gallons of water through the unit and throw out the first several rounds of ice, as the water filter takes a while to get going.

After long wait finally purchased product functional well and satisfactory

Only downside is the small ice maker. Always had problems with condensation in the summer melting the ice cube delivery and clogging it up. Just purchased this November and will need to wait and see if this fridge does the same.

We've had this for a few weeks now. This is our first counter depth refrigerator. We love how sleek and elegant it looks. Price wise, we hate how expensive counter depth appliances are, but after seeing this in our kitchen, it's going to be hard to go back.

Awesome refrigerator. Looks great and so far so good on performance. A little smaller than what we are used to because it is counter depth but you can get used to that fairly quickly.

We have had this fridge for less than a month and already the fridge is not cooling. Have reached out to kitchen aid with the hopes of a tech coming out to look at the issue. One would think that after paying this much money the quality would be there. Wish I could return this for a new one or a full refund since it has only been a month:(
