Beautiful, but not very spacious due to it being counter depth.

FITS GREAT IN MY AREA FREEZER IS FINE FOR SMALL FAMILY LARGE FAMILY NEEDS DIFFERENT MODEL I RECOMMENDED IT TO FRIEND THEY NEEDED OTHER MODEL WHICH HOLDS MORE .

This classy fridge is a plus in any kitchen. I love every feature, especially the roominess. We replaced a Samsung counter depth (horrible refrigerator) with this brand and model. The ice maker is working good, so far. The separate drawers and shelfing is a plus. Love my new refrigerator.

First refrigerator never cooled. Lost all our food Second one was also defective. Ice maker is bad after one week Would not recommend this fridge

Beautiful design overall. Inside casing looks a little cheap, but otherwise quiet.

Loved the interior and the inside trays! Bought on 3/2019 and it broke on 9/2021. Its very small time for a $4400 refrigerator! And add to that components are back-ordered.

This fridge is beautiful. But it is also a poorly designed, zero quality control, disaster waiting to happen. So what did I do? Purchase the best buy warranty thinking that would save me from all the terrible reviews I read. Nope, not at all. Made things worse. Now I'm two full weeks without a fridge and it may be weeks or months longer while we go through parts not available, incompetence, finger pointing, and a general lack of interest in delivering on promises. I'm a best buy fan but I will never again purchase a warranty from them. EVER. I have no history with KitchenAid, but I can promise you this will be my first and LAST KitchenAid purchase. If you are looking for kitchen artwork - go ahead and buy it. If you are a normal person trying to juggle ten thousand things already and don't have room for another massive headache and tons of expense then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to us in these reviews who are suffering and AVOID THIS FRIDGE AT ALL COSTS!

Awesome fridge, no complaints, nothing flimsy about it, very rigid and worth the extra money. Quality wise it compares to 8-10k refrigerators.

It's a very nice fridge, except, the ice maker doesn't work and it is ridiculous that i have to purchase a separate ice maker.

Freezer stopped working after less than 4 months of use. 2 year geek squad plan is only actually usable after 1 year - so you're paying for 2 years and only able to use it for 1. Check your effective date, it's a bit of a scam.

Bought this kitchen aid french door a few months back. Worst design for freezer door that continuously fails to close correctly and you have to defrost the freezer every few weeks. Avoid it at all costs. Had a repairman out since its under warranty and he said he could replace the door gasket but it would only make it worse. Its a lemon. I wish Best Buy would stand behind some of the lemons they sell. Have bought so many great appliances from them before. Please someone get this appliance out of my house.

I purchased a full suite of Kitchenaid Black Stainless about a year ago including this high end refrigerator and have had nothing but problems. The stove was an out of box failure and Best Buy wouldn’t replace so I waited a month or so for a factory service person to fix it. Then the ice maker on the refrigerator stopped working. That took another month. Then the refrigerator stopped getting cold and was averaging about 58 degrees due to a faulty fan. That took another 2 months for a 3rd party company to fix. Today I noticed some scratches and a dent in the side of the door from where he took it off to change the fan. Kitchenaid will not replace it and I have to take it up with Integrity Factory Service in Gainesville, GA now. Uggh. Spent almost $8000, nothing but issues. Multiple days off work. Replaced everything in the fridge twice now. Stay away from this product.

Storage area excellent Easy to see all items especially with the lights

We love the refrigerator. We are a family with 5 kids and we go through a lot of ice more than what it can produce but it catches back up overnight.

Really nice unit so far. Hoping for many good years ahead.

Overall I like it. The only concern is I’m used to full size refrigerator instead of a counter depth. Other than that, it’s a nice mode.

Perfect. Picked it up and no issues whatsoever …..

This was one of the most expensive appliances I Have ever purchased. We were so excited at all it was promised to be. However, we have literally been fraught with disappointment from this unit. First we had to have a door replaced because it did not line up. Then the control menu started peeling off, so we had to have that repaired. Then the ice maker broke and needed to be replaced. Most recently, the compressor has broken and we are in the process of getting it fixed. I read through the other reviews and noticed other customers having similar problems and issues with the quality of this refrigerator. My advice, do not buy it. And if you do, be sure to get an extended warranty.

Fabulous in every way. So happy with it! Quiet, clean and elegant.
