Functionality needs work, I wish you can change the height of the shelves more but there’s really only 2 options so it limits you a little when putting tall stuff in the fridge. Still love it though you learn to live with it or take out a shelf.

Our last one was a 20.6 cu ft and it had more room in it. The shelves are low and a lot of products do not fit and the same with the freezer.

We purchased an entire kitchen Aid set of appliances for nearly $14k and within two years trim pieces have fallen off shelves have cracked and two of them have been replaced under warranty. Currently I am trying to get the cracked shelf in the refrigerator repaired because the plastic support deformed and broke. Also the double wall oven trim piece deformed and fell off. Really let down with the quality of these items and afraid of how long they will last now that the warranty is expiring. i Also purchased the total tech membership but it was mysteriously cancelled right at the end of the manufacturer warranty before i every got a chance to use it. I would not recommend purchasing these

We had Kenmore appliances prior these are such major upgrade this one is the highlight. We had to have several delivered bought a new it came dead on arrival. As loyal custom er I continued to be a loyal customer and was patient with Best Buy. I love this product will continue to buy
