I have owned KitchenAid appliances in the past and I highly recommend the brand.

First fridge…. Water line didn’t operate. Second fridge… electrical wire was broken. Third attempt to delivery… they thought it was a repair and not exchange. Third fridge… arrives in four days. Hope it functions.

This refrigerator is more than similar to other name refrigerators, however, the finishing quality of this refrigerator is superior but the higher price is justified by better finishing within the refregerator

This was a nice looking refrigerator, but that’s about all had it a year and a half and it went out had the appliances guys out7 times with no luck been without a refrigerator for 2 months now the appliance guy gave us a number to call to get a replacement now they said they have to review it and will have a answer in a couple days NOT WORTH The MONEY!!!!!!!

My old kitchen aid refrigerator was showing its age, so my wife and I began our quest. The sales rep at the Oxnard store was extremely helpful. This refrigerator fit our needs perfectly. Very happy with the product and the sales staff.

Great fridge good price love the ice column and water

Ice machine broke under 2 years old. And not covered under warranty after year. Not worth $4500. Still have my $800 fringe still working in garage almost 18 years. Should not have to purchase and extended warranty for a quality brand that broke under 2 years old.

After reading reviews, I was scared to order this fridge. We have not had any problems with fridge and delivery was great with no damage. Fridge came all wrapped in foam and plastic.

Quick cooling and ice maker. Quiet too. I will recoomend it.

We pitched this be cause it f the kitchenaid brand and it definitely stands up to that. My only issue is that it was delivered with a ding in the door and it is taking a very long time to get a replacement that has no dents

Refrigerator looks great, works great and was a wonderful price.

It is beautiful and well thought out for the space. I am having a party to welcome this terrific refrigerator to our home. Yep a welcome to my home party. That is how much I like it. The inside is very different with a serving tray, meat marinate dish that is oven and microwave safe. I placed thermometer's in both fridge and freezer. Temps are perfect. Very pleased with purchase.

If there was a chance to have a zero or minus rating, I would provide a more accurate value rating for this product. Run away and do not waste your money; not only lasted less than one year, the company they sent to repair several items with only eight months of ownership (Appliance Express) did not repair properly, the same problem came back with 18 months of ownership, of course they now denied our warranty and we lost $3,800 Just because we believed in their brand

Replaced our 20+ year old Kitchen Aid Refrigerator with this new model when we renovated our kitchen. Love the wide double door refrigerator and the classic look inside with wood paneling and tray. Fit better than the old model which was a concern because we did not replace our solid oak built in cabinets. Everything works great. Freezer has plenty of space, more than I thought when looking in the store and the shelves work functionally better than I expected. Very pleased with the functionality, use, and the great look!

Kitchen Aid has such a nice line and quality of there products, never disappoints , we are customers for life ...

Needed a counter depth refrigerator and I wanted to match my stove, microwave and dishwasher so all the handles would be the same. I looked at the older model and this newer model is so much better. The freezer drawers are solid and not wire, which I love. The inside part of the refrigerator has smokey color to the drawers and looks so much richer. I know it's more expensive than older model but worth it in the end. May look the same as old model, but once you look inside, so much nicer!!!
