I like the fridge the inside is very nice, the only thing I have only been using it for 3 month and I am starting to have issues with the ice dispenser it always gets stuck and I have to take it out clean and it have to do this every other day, as of right know I am going to have to call and see what can be done about it. Hopefully I won't have a hard time with this.

We bought this fridge from Best Buy. The lights worked but the fridge would not get cold. Tech came to house said compressor and board was completely dead. Thanks Best Buy for selling me a lemon. What sucked most was I needed the fridge to work for my baby milk.

This fridge is beautiful but we have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. The freezer is too small as well. I wouldn't buy it again.

I have owned this appliance for 2 months and the ice maker quit working. I am a "elite" totaltech member and I cannot get anyone to pick up the support line so that I can make an appointment for repair. Disgusted and dissatisfied.

Brand new out of the packaging the fridge did NOT even work. No Freezer, No Ice, NO cooling whatsoever. Complete defect of a fridge.

Stay far away from purchasing this product! I don't often write reviews that are this negative. We have had this refrigerator for 3 weeks and cannot get the water to dispense correctly. We called whirlpool (On the call que for over 42 minutes and finally get a technician set up to come out). The technician comes out and looks at the refrigerator and says "It must be a bad filter you will have to get another and then call to complain to get them to send a replacement"! Really????? So rather than spend another 45 minutes on the phone we just order a new filter to see if this is the issue. We get the filter and we still have the same problem with the new filter, old filter and no filter! THe water will run for a minute and stop. Once we put a the filter in and out, water will flow again for a minute. Ice works fine so we know it it not the water line. So now we have spent another 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold and passed between 3 customer service people. Hanging up and getting ahold of Best Buy to return the refrigerator! DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR or from WHIRLPOOL/Kitchen Aid! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

Love everything about the fridge...look, function HOWEVER this is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever owned. You can literally hear it running upstairs.

Purchased the Kitchen Aid to match my other appliances.

The refrigerator had to be returned since we had service on THREE different occasions since the refrigerator area became warm since the cool air was blocked from the freezer. The back of the refrigerator lines would back up with ice blocking the cold air from the freezer to cool the top area. Nice looking appliance but not made well! It cost near $4,000 but not worth the money.

I could not have asked for better service, promptness considering the difficult times we are now living. Thanks for keeping quality and promptness readily available.

We love the refrigerator! There is a long (horizontal) drawer in the middle that can be used for platters or anything you can think of. I could go on and on. Check it out.

Stylish, roomy and strong handed.Marinating station is a plus too.

Love the look and the lighting. There only two improvements that I would suggest: More room in the freezer. Allow for larger items in the side doors.

Nice upgrade/replacement from our 13 year Kitchen Aid...counter depth was essential...interior LED lighting is movie like. Wife loves it.

We found an open box at the Best Buy store. We were looking for this or another version to match all the kitchen aid appliances for our kitchen. There was a minor scratch on front and dent on the side that would be hidden by our cabinets. We were able to get a discounted price. The refrigerator itself is a work of art! Amazing for organizing and keeping the refrigerator in order! The features were well thought through. I could not be happier with this purchase.

DONT BUY! KITCHENAID/WHIRLPOOL SUPPORT IS AWFUL! We've had a our fridge since January and it completely stopped working in early August. It's now October and we've had little movement from them on getting it truly resolved. It's impossible to get anyone to help you and even though they give you a service number for your case, no one can reference it.

I bought this refrigerator September but received it in Decrmber 2016. It was worth every penny and the wait. i bought the counter depth and I have plenty of room for everything. If your contemplating. Don't. You will be extremely happy.
