We bought a new home and wanted higher end appliances to go with it. We went with this model and couldn't be happier. The temp is spot on and there is a ton of room in it! We can spend $300 on groceries and still not fill it up. Love it!

I love my new refrigerator it’s the best purchase I made

Delivery was a tough one but the delivery guys found a way to get this large refrigerator in the kitchen. Really impressed with the refrigerator.

Very happy with the purchase, Though there isnt as much space for a family so use correct containers for storage.

Kitchenaid - so I bought the top of the line dishwasher and now I have to take a full work day off as you can't fix your error on the weekend. Please everyone DO NOT BUY KITCHENAID PRODUCTS the support is horrible as they hung up on me and said they don't compensate the customer for having to take a day off for their error? Please feel free to contact me and I am going on every social platform to notify people not to purchase your products. Also bought the top of the line fridge, microwave, and gas stove. I regret my purchase.

Excellent refrigerator. Quiet operation and nice adjustable shelving. Ice maker works very well. Not sure about the negative reviews I read; this is a really nice refrigerator. We are completely satisfied with the appearance and operation of this KitchenAid refrigerator. Best Buy delivery service was excellent.

Defective I missed that the handles are misaligned (by 1 cm) until day 16. Not returnable. Now I have to go through the painful warranty process. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AT BEST BUY AGAIN.

The refrigerator was selected based on very low profile depth. Refrigerator is very good looking with well though out features.

Best Buy is terrible. No follow up or responsibility after product is purchased. Delivery attempted more than 3 times, every time we have had to follow up to correct and every time the delivery crew was incorrectly scheduled or canceled due to lack of staff needed to install our refrigerator. There is no ownership or consideration for time lost, and still without a refrigerator that was purchased a month ago and going on 2 weeks+ on multiple failed deliveries, Best Buy points finger at delivery vendor and delivery vendor points it right back to BestBuy, leaving consumer in the middle. We are done chasing BestBuy around to fulfill their responsibility. No accountability and a clear lack of execution and professionalism. We are no longer willing to deal with BestBuy and can only be grateful that our credit card is taking it from here as part of our dispute.

Very happy with this purchase! Love the smaller ice cubes! Ice/water in door works MUCH better than 5 door/drawer model.

This was replacing an older JennAir. We went with a higher end Kitchenaid and truly am happy for choosing this refrigerator. Well worth the price.

Love this refrigerator. With Covid-19 it took awhile to come but manager was extremely helpful in taking care of us.

Very nice design and the second unit is functioning as it should. The first one they delivered was a dud and would not cool.

Great looking. As a new model, some kinks to work out. The water filter didn't align to fit and the interior of the fridge seam (above the freezer) looked a little messed up. Other than that. Love the ice maker's smaller cubes. Easy to sort and lighting are awesome.

Purchased a refrigerator on Oct 23 with a total tech warranty. On August 24 the control panel went out "certified repair" technician has been out on 3 different occasions and on each occasion, something else went out. Now the lights on the refrigerator are out. Manuf/ best buy will not be accountble for pretty piece of kitchen art.
