I've had the new refrigerator for abut 3 weeks now. Not only am I pleased but my lady is blown away, which makes my life a lot easier. It has everything you want from a daily appliance; looks, predictability, and dependability. From walking in to the Best Buy Outlet in the City of Bellflower to me sitting in my kitchen staring at my beautiful fridge, with a cup of Joe, its's been a great experience.

Great interior lighting. Very beautiful inside and out. Water and ice dispensers are logistically situated…and work very well. Water and ice cannot be confused (unlike other brands). My favorite refrigerator of all time!

Nice looking. Quality material. Love the color. Water dispenser and ice in door is very convenient. This was for my brother who prefers counter depth. So it works perfectly for his needs.

Not only is this fridge gorgeous it's incredibly functional. The design is well thought out, and there is so much room inside. Everything feels high quality as well. Highly recommend.

Like many others I had trouble with the ice maker after a little over a year of use. It would quit making ice after one batch and got very ‘squealy’ when filling with water. After a fair bit of troubleshooting I found a kink in the ice maker supply line that is under the plastic cover on top of the left door hinge which was causing the line to freeze. I’d think this would be pretty common as the line twists a little with every door open. I was able to buy a replacement water line online (Water Tube Kit Part #PD00059596 | Mfg #W11366500) and install it with a little persuasion. Whatever you do don’t loose the guide wire you leave in place or you’ll be stuck.

Have been very happy with this refrigerator. We did a lot of research before purchasing. This one was the biggest for the counter-depth choices. Has lots of space. Only complaint is that it does not make ice fast enough for a family of eight.

Exterior and interior designs are attractive. Like the self closing drawers. Would have preferred that the water dispenser was make of metal instead of plastic. Lighting in freezer compartment is very dim.

The fridge is beautiful and sexy but can not fit a 2 lt of soda or tall bottle of hot sauce. It’s not made for a big family or for kids. However, it works great love the features and am over all happy with it.

The interior of the refrigerator is the best part, its wood interior brings it to a different level of elegant, the led lights and the darker color gives it a elegant look; however, the ice cubes are a nice size not too big or too small. It works very well keeping the food cold. The exterior keeps clean longer from fingerprints. The handles have a nice firm hold.

We ultimately had to end up returning this item because it arrived missing parts and leaking coolant but the refrigerator portion of this model was nice just very linear and the freezer part was not properly sectioned to meet our needs. I liked the auto close of the produce drawers but the material and craftsmanship was very mediocre for the money we paid. The ice maker was very small as well.

I Replaced my KitchenAid refrigerator that stopped making ice after 17 years of running great. Installed this new Kitchenaid myself. Not difficult if you are comfortable with basic tools and following directions. This has been the best Refrigerator I have owned. ( 2 months so far) Quiet, True to temperature. Tons of room for a counter depth. Makes Ice quickly. It really is one of the more beautiful interiors I've ever seen. Follow directions on purging water and Ice system. ( The Old KitchenAid refrigerator is still running strong in the garage)!

I am really enjoying our new refrigerator. For a counter depth refrigerator it has a lot of space and great lighting. Also, I love having the freezer below. There is only one reason I did not give it 5 stars and that is because of the Ice Maker. The Ice Maker just simply doesn't put out much ice. Now when we have people over we have to buy ice. I hate that inconvenience. I think I read that when you buy the refrigerator you can include an ice maker in the lower freezer, if that is true I wish we had done that.......then it would be perfect.

After shopping for a new refrigerator, my wife and I had to have this beauty! As far as looks go, there where only a couple others that compared. The ice maker works good but the storage bin is a little small, not good if you have a large family… The sliding shelf is a kinda useless due to the fact it is not flush with the surrounding shelves when it is extended. However it is great when you want to store tall bottles… Overall this seems to be a really good setup for the wife and I…This is our fourth Kitchen Aid refrigerator and it seems every bit as good as the others..

Very nice refrigerator but I did have to put in a service call twice within 3 months of purchase to fix very loud noise. Technician though it was just due to loose parts. The second call seemed to fox the issue

VERY FRUSTRATING experience with this refrigerator. I will preface this with the fact that I absolutely love the layout of this unit. It is my pride and glory of the kitchen. I am a social media influencer and constantly hear about how beautiful and functional this refrigerator is for family-friendly meal prep and snacking. And it absolutely is. IF it worked properly. With that said--we invested in a very expensive refrigerator that has MAJOR issues with very unsatisfying resolutions thus far. From the start, the ice maker would never make more than one batch of ice at a time--no matter what we tried. Within 6 weeks of purchasing this unit, the back compartment froze up and it began making a loud buzzing sound and stopped cooling properly. It would bring the internal temperature to about 55 degrees only. We lost all of the food in our refrigerator and went through several rounds of lengthy wait-time phone calls, receipt transmissions and appointments. It took literally 3 MONTHS for the part to come in and the refrigerator to be fixed. I am a very patient person, but continued calls weekly grew more and more frustrating. Our hands were tied. No one could give us a better response. After repair (in excess of $700 but was covered by warranty), the refrigerator and ice machine then worked from October through May. Then the ice machine stopped producing...and now--THE SAME ISSUE is happening again within the refrigerator. We have exactly 20 days until the end of our 1 year warranty. All that can be done as per the customer service line is for a technician to again be sent out. We have again lost all the food, and I am very fearful for the longevity of such an expensive purchase. I should not spend $4000 on a refrigerator, only to have to buy a "back-up" one because of how unreliable it is. Take it from this person who never writes bad reviews and absolutely fell in love with this refrigerator....this one is way to "iffy" and may cause more heartache than it's worth.

We are enjoying our 1st month with our new KitchenAid refrigerator. I like the stainless finish and the counter depth gives us 4more inches in the kitchen which is nice too. Love having ice & water on the outside of the frig - very convenient!

We have had our refrigerator for three months now and have been living it. Last night I noticed odd things with the ice maker and this morning the bin is empty. I started reading other reviews and it seems lock clockwork that issues arise with the ice maker. I hope it’s a fluke and we can get Best Buy Geek Squad to fix the issue.
