Our refrigerator was delivered 8/21/2024 and I really liked it from the beginning until 9/10/204 when it started making noises when the ice maker was filling up with water (like something was loose noises). The noises have me worried that something may be wrong so I will be calling the repair department at Best Buy. Hence the 2 stars--otherwise 5 stars.

Beautiful fridge with lots of space that accommodated through the holidays! Easy to clean and change filters!

We got this fridge and loved the design, but were nervous about the space and the reviews on the freezing issue between doors. well...after connecting our water to the fridge, the issue disappeared. The space is great, we never have this thing full, is so well thought. We hope will last long as I am still in love with everything it offers: the small ice cubes, the water at the press of the button, in door space and the freezer space...phenomenal

absolutely great refrigerator. My wife and I both love the KitchenAid capacity, ease of food organization, and cleaning. It's the best purchase this year.

looks great, cools great, tons of storage, only negative is the in the door water dispenser - you fill your cup and remove it, the water doesn't stop immediately, it keeps running for a couple of seconds - which is just enough time to make a mess on the fridge door and floor.

This refrigerator is beautiful!!! Kitchen Aid appliances are so well thought out. For a counter depth refrigerator, the refrigerator portion really has a lot of room, and it’s so well divided. The freezer section is definitely a little on the small side. Overall it’s beautiful and I’m so happy with my purchase!

This replaced a 17 yo side by side Kitchenaid which we loved but it was time to replace. We picked this one as we needed a counter depth one and wanted to try a French door version. Either we received a lemon, or this is really a bad refrigerator. We waited 24 hours as recommended and then noticed the day after that our iced tea that we had was frozen along with milk and even a cantaloupe. we had used the recommended settings of 40 degree F. The ice maker never worked right also. We finally called Best Buy who BTW has great customer service and replaced it with a new side by side one.

This was so nice and unique that I thought, because of the brand and price, it would be perfect. However, it makes a horrible noise, and I noticed many negative reviews after buying it. Additionally, food goes bad because the temperature fluctuates on its own. I’m very upset—it's been less than a 2 Months with this fridge!

I've had mine for 10 months and I regret buying it. Right now the ice maker is not working and is leaking water. Ice bucket capacity is very small, not enough for a family's normal use. Refer is noisy.

Love everything about this refrigerator. The only negative is the ice maker. After 2 months it stopped producing ice. After talking to customer service I guess this happens a lot. If you do buy Kitchen Aid refrigerators with a ice maker, make sure you purchase a extended warranty plan because you will be replacing the ice make often.

Recently purchased the refrigerator for a new home. So far pleased with its performance.

We love this refrigerator. I replaced a 20 year old Kitchen Aid with this unit. The only reservation I have is the when the icemaker refills with water, it makes a loud eerie noise.

This is our 2nd refrigerator as our other one broke after a year and a half. This refrigerator fits our kitchen and the interior is beautiful.

DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR! THE REFRIGERATOR STOPPED COOLING AND NOW BOTH THE REFRIGERATOR AND THE FREEZER HAVE STOPPED WORKING IN 8 MONTHS!! IT HAS NOT BEEN A YEAR AND I SPENT 4000 ON THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! THE PEOPLE THEY USE TO SERVICE ARE NOT RELIABLE AND THEY WEEKS TO MONTHS TO COME OUT TO SERVICE YOUR APPLIANCE, BEWARE I READ THROUGH THESE REVIEWS AND THOUGHT I WOULD NOT BE ONE TO GET A LEMON BUT I DID, BUT AFTER SEEING THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND FINDING PARTS I WOULD SAY THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Replaced my ge refrigerator with this one. It is a very elegant looking refrigerator and performs well. Great size for a counter depth.

Not only is this refrigerator stunning in its looks but is incredibly functional as well. We have had kitchenaid appliances before but have so far been blown away by this one. It does everything it’s supposed to and looks great all at the same time. I’m absolutely thrilled with it. Also I have never gotten so many compliments on an appliance ever. It’s crazy how people take notice of this. I would absolutely recommend it.

We've had the refrigerator for 2 weeks, and we are having trouble with the icemaker. We hope Best Buy can resolve this issue shortly

I just had delivery Aug. 19, today is August 31st. Unable to give an accurate review. It works! I had gotten a new Samsung in Jan. 2020, however, it never worked. This is a welcomed appliance. Very nice looking and everything is COLD....Unlike the other new refrig. Today I would recommend this refrigerator...Very nice

Bought this KitchenAid refrigerator during a full kitchen remodel and we love the sleekness and large size for a counter depth refrigerator. We were concerned about some of the negative reviews we read concerning the icemaker but we've experienced no problems! It's really a beautiful refrigerator and looks great in our new kitchen!

Love my new refrig It's counter depth,which is great in our condo or any other home. Love the inside and the storage on the doors.
