Beautiful fridge!! Super quiet!! Has lots of features (auto fill & makes tons of ice - we have never run out of ice). Also doesn’t show smudges at all - and easy to clean.

Great looking and fits everything that we need it to! Paired with the new built-in microwave, this is a great design. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Interior is also sleek and high quality.

It’s built well and feels heavy duty which is a must for our kids! Love the ice maker and water in the door and the configured shelves along with led lighting. Doesn’t have all the gadgets as others but I’m fine with that as I’ll take durability and dependability any day over more features.

I waited 6 months for this fridge, I liked the quietness and the container on door that whole 20 extra large eggs and the sliding shelf for occasional tall container. It’s also large inside.

This is the 2nd exchange that had to be processed. 1st fridge the water line leaked and was broken, leaked all over the floor and was unable to process filtered water. 2nd fridge has now made it 10 months with no issues and then the motor for cooling went out and waiting for a service technician to come out. This fridge is warrantied through Whirlpool. Heads up they are not open on weekends for customer service or emergency repair. I had to contact KitchenAid online and pay out of pocket for technician to come out that is $115 fee alone. I do not recommend this fridge at all despite the beautiful appeal.

Works as advertised. Soft close drawers. Only picky thing is the door compaments are a little small. Like the warranty

Absolutely love! I have unfortunately had bad experiences with other brands such as Samsung and Frigidaire only lasting 3-5 years and have beyond pleased with the Kitchen-Aid. It’s so quiet and the auto close drawers are deluxe!

We have only had this product up and running for a couple weeks, but have been very satisfied with it. I searched for the largest count-depth fridge on the market, and came across this, with it's almost 24 cuft of storage. So for it is elegant, and easy to use. We love it.

The sales person at Best Buy was great until it was determined I have a defective appliance. And there was no accountability from anyone at Best Buy. . It was my responsibility to work through the potential repair,. The service continued to go down quickly from there. My refrigerator arrived on 12/21/20. The delivery/set up people could run out of my house quick enough scratching my new hardwood floors. They Told me to wait 24 hours for refrigerator to meet necessary temperatures. After purchasing food and coming home the refrigerator was not cooling/freezing at all. I went to to store and was passed around and around from dept to dept. The sales person gave me his cellphone and the “resolution “ number. After still not getting anywhere i called the resolution to which they told me they don’t handle i would have to call the manufacturer. So I have been without a refrigerator for almost a week. The repair service came yesterday and will return today with a part to hopefully fix it. This was my first experience with purchasing appliances via Best Buy. And it was not a pleasant one.

Very spacious, easy to use as everything is within reach. Love the shelves on both doors. Met all my expectations and would definitely recommend.

An excellent refrigerator and so stylish. I had my previous KitchenAid refrigerator for 22 years so when it was time to buy a new one the choice was very easy.

The guys were terrific however - they didnt bring the hose kit - the fridge is unlevel there is no tray for the water/ ice base

The fridge is great. However, it was too tall for my space. With installers not able to figure out why, we had to hire a contractor to come to cut cabinetry. Confusing.

Nice french door fridge - makes two kinds of ice! I have had it two weeks and happy with how fridge is organized inside with fruit and veggie bins and dairy/deli drawer. Works well in my kitchen!

We love this refrigerator. It is roomy and spacious and stylish too. The ice maker makes small ice cubes which are nice, would be better if it made more ice, but will buy an additional ice maker.

Because the refrigerator has the anti-fingerprint coating, it is darker than our other stainless steel appliances. We were not informed of this when we purchased, so we are disappointed. Other than the slightly darker color, the refrigerator functions as expected.

Amazing quality in this KitchenAid refrigerator. Several great upgrades. Extra insulation in the doors so you don’t hear the ice cubes fall when they are being made. Excellent interior lights
