This is the second refrigerator that was delivered within a week. The quality of the drawers for the price I paid it is not acceptable. The whole refrigerator had to be replaced because of improper alignment with the drawers and they’re still not that good. However, if I want better drawers, I have to keep on getting a new refrigerator. Way too much money for the quality of workmanship.

When I built my home, I ordered this refrigerator. For some reason it was not available when it was time to install my appliance package. I waiter 10 months and had to fight to get the company to provide it. That is now behind me and my wife loves this refrigerator! It is beautiful in and out and is fairly quiet.

So far this is a great frig. the Best Buy delivery team was great. The Ice maker in this Refrigerator makes cool little ice cubes, They are GREAT. Many of the reviews mentioned noise. I have not had that experience.

I am writing to bring to your attention that my fridge KitchenAid - 23.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator - Stainless Steel Model:KRFC704FPS was Purchased on: July 27, 2022 and has stopped working AGAIN as of August . This is the second time. The fridge is no longer cooling and now has completely shut off, and despite checking the power supply and thermostat, it remains non-functional. I’ve contacted @BestBuy numerous times and have been given the run around for almost a month now. I need HELP

Had purchased an expensive Samsung a while back. The ice-maker kept freezing up and couldn't be repaired. We exchanged the refrigerator and because the Samsung had never re-engineered their ice-maker we upgraded to the Kitchen Aid. Well worth the cost of the upgrade!

What a BEAUTIFUL refrigerator!! We love KitchenAid, it lasts a long, long, long time and its absolutely gorgeous inside.

I looked at a lot of refrigerators before deciding on this one but I really liked the look of the KitchenAid and I especially liked the stainless print shield option. My only complaint is that the ice maker is so small.

This is an excellent refrigerator BUT The Icemaker Sucks! WE bought this refrigerator because we have a bigger need for fresh food space over freezer. This 'frig provides that and is easy to use. HOWEVER, the refrigerator is less than 6 months old and this is the 2nd time we have had to have service come out for the icemaker. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IN A REFRIGERATOR COSTING THIS MUCH MORE THAN COMPARABLE MODELS!!!

After receiving the frig, one of the soft-close storage bins would not come open. A technician came out and got the bin open but then it would close properly. Had to replace the frig

I purchased this at the outlet. It was brand new! A small scratch on the bottom was the only damage. The only negative was it could not be delivered. Check out the outlet great values and not just busted up items.

Fridge has coil whine while doors are closed. When you open door coil whine stops.

the fridge is beautiful and my friends love the interior look. however, the ice maker is just a bit noisy while making the ice and there is only ONE light in the freezer! very dark down there! but the rest is beautiful and im very happy!

We just got this fridge, everything is great so far hopefully it stays that way.

So far, so good. Previous user of a Samsung fridge, but glad I made the change to this KitchenAid model. Love the look and feel of it. You can tell the product is made with the utmost quality. The interior itself is very spacious and organized so you have so much room to work with!
