We had Kenmore appliances prior these are such major upgrade this one is the highlight. We had to have several delivered bought a new it came dead on arrival. Ice Maker Won't Make Ice-Keeps Freezing

Have had the refrigerator for less than a year (10 months) and the ice maker freezes up and quits making cubes. You might think that if you purchase from a reputable manufacturer and retailer that you will get good service. That would be wrong. Now that I am having problems with the product, they keep giving me phone numbers and I cannot even get a hold of a live person for assistance. Waiting on the manufacturer warranty service. Will see how that goes.

When I learned that Best Buy had in stock the model I wanted, I bought it immediately for delivery in four days. All went well and Mike in the Cary Best Buy was so kind and helpful. I will think of Best Buy next time I need anything electronic - including appliances. Well
