Our refrigerator is now just 14 months old, and we just learned today that the compressor needs to be replaced. We've already replaced the ice maker after multiple service visits. Good thing we purchased the extended warranty but at this point, I'd rather they come pick up this junker and I'll buy another brand. If 2020 were a refrigerator, it would be this one!

Second fridge… electrical wire was broken. Third attempt to delivery… they thought it was a repair and not exchange. Third fridge… arrives in four days. Hope it functions.

Fridge delivery perfect

The delivery drivers were very careful loading it into my home not a single mark on my house or on the fridge. One of the top five experiences in a Best Buy ever.

Over priced junk

And not covered under warranty after year. Not worth $4500. Still have my $800 fringe still working in garage almost 18 years. Should not have to purchase and extended warranty for a quality brand that broke under 2 years old.
