Quick cooling and ice maker. Quiet too. I will recoomend it.

Ice machine broke under 2 years old. And not covered under warranty after year. Not worth $4500. Still have my $800 fringe still working in garage almost 18 years. Should not have to purchase and extended warranty for a quality brand that broke under 2 years old.

After reading reviews, I was scared to order this fridge. We have not had any problems with fridge and delivery was great with no damage. Fridge came all wrapped in foam and plastic.

If there was a chance to have a zero or minus rating, I would provide a more accurate value rating for this product. Run away and do not waste your money; not only lasted less than one year, the company they sent to repair several items with only eight months of ownership (Appliance Express) did not repair properly, the same problem came back with 18 months of ownership, of course they now denied our warranty and we lost $3,800 Just because we believed in their brand

It is nice the compartment is nice. Ice maker keeps up! Freezer part has good functionality

We pitched this be cause it f the kitchenaid brand and it definitely stands up to that. My only issue is that it was delivered with a ding in the door and it is taking a very long time to get a replacement that has no dents

It is beautiful and well thought out for the space. I am having a party to welcome this terrific refrigerator to our home. Yep a welcome to my home party. That is how much I like it. The inside is very different with a serving tray, meat marinate dish that is oven and microwave safe. I placed thermometer's in both fridge and freezer. Temps are perfect. Very pleased with purchase.

Refrigerator looks great, works great and was a wonderful price.

Replaced our 20+ year old Kitchen Aid Refrigerator with this new model when we renovated our kitchen. Love the wide double door refrigerator and the classic look inside with wood paneling and tray. Fit better than the old model which was a concern because we did not replace our solid oak built in cabinets. Everything works great. Freezer has plenty of space, more than I thought when looking in the store and the shelves work functionally better than I expected. Very pleased with the functionality, use, and the great look!

Needed a counter depth refrigerator and I wanted to match my stove, microwave and dishwasher so all the handles would be the same. I looked at the older model and this newer model is so much better. The freezer drawers are solid and not wire, which I love. The inside part of the refrigerator has smokey color to the drawers and looks so much richer. I know it's more expensive than older model but worth it in the end. May look the same as old model, but once you look inside, so much nicer!!!

I like the fridge the inside is very nice, the only thing I have only been using it for 3 month and I am starting to have issues with the ice dispenser it always gets stuck and I have to take it out clean and it have to do this every other day, as of right know I am going to have to call and see what can be done about it. Hopefully I won't have a hard time with this.

We bought this fridge from Best Buy. The lights worked but the fridge would not get cold. Tech came to house said compressor and board was completely dead. Thanks Best Buy for selling me a lemon. What sucked most was I needed the fridge to work for my baby milk.

I have owned this appliance for 2 months and the ice maker quit working. I am a "elite" totaltech member and I cannot get anyone to pick up the support line so that I can make an appointment for repair. Disgusted and dissatisfied.

This fridge is beautiful but we have had nothing but issues with the ice maker. The freezer is too small as well. I wouldn't buy it again.

Stay far away from purchasing this product! I don't often write reviews that are this negative. We have had this refrigerator for 3 weeks and cannot get the water to dispense correctly. We called whirlpool (On the call que for over 42 minutes and finally get a technician set up to come out). The technician comes out and looks at the refrigerator and says "It must be a bad filter you will have to get another and then call to complain to get them to send a replacement"! Really????? So rather than spend another 45 minutes on the phone we just order a new filter to see if this is the issue. We get the filter and we still have the same problem with the new filter, old filter and no filter! THe water will run for a minute and stop. Once we put a the filter in and out, water will flow again for a minute. Ice works fine so we know it it not the water line. So now we have spent another 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold and passed between 3 customer service people. Hanging up and getting ahold of Best Buy to return the refrigerator! DON'T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR or from WHIRLPOOL/Kitchen Aid! Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

Love everything about the fridge...look, function HOWEVER this is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever owned. You can literally hear it running upstairs.
