CALLED GEEK SQUAD AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE EXTENDED PLAN WHICH I PURCHASED THEY STATED I HAD TO GO THROUGH MY MANUFACTURER DURING THE FIRST YEAR. THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED DURING MY PURCHASE. KITCHEN AID TECHNICIAN CONFIRM THE COMPRESSOR BROKEN AND THIS MODEL IS KNOWN FOR THIS. TOTAL HEADACHE WITH THIS BUY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MODEL TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

Good size for a small family with enough space for milk gallon or bottle sodas with the adjustable shelve.

The led lights add so much to the appearance of the inside! It was packaged and protected very well and simple to install. I as the home owner had no problem what so ever! Great delivery team also ! It runs quietly, has lots of space and is an amazing appliance. I love the ice machine located in the side door, but it is much smaller than I anticipated the ice machine to be.

And I could not be happier. It not only functions superb but is appeal is a beauty. Only downside is water filter as it is a Chite getting it in correctly.

It seems they only make their products to last for exactly 1 year and then you’re out of luck because they won’t do anything!!!! Terrible experience, terrible performance and I’ve been calling people left and right and no one will help!! All the 5 star reviews I’ve seen recently (especially on the KitchenAid website) are from people who either received the fridge at a discounted price or free! This fridge ISN’T worth the large price tag!!! It’s a piece of JUNK. Even with a protection plan bestbuy (which also costs extra money) isn’t holding up their end of the bargain!
