We especially like how quiet this refrigerator is. The handles are so easy to keep clean. The shelves and bins make it easy to organize every thing. Having see through bins also helps in identifying what you are looking for. I especially like being able to open just one door at a time.

I love this new Kitchenaid frig !!! I have no complaints, love everything about it. I looked at every brand and this was the only one I liked and that fit our space with the options I wanted. Highly recommend it !!! I had a 26 year old Kitchenaid that this one replaced that was still running fine, only the ice maker had quit.

Huge disappointment. Looks beautiful, but the inside quality is like cheap plastic. Shelves not adjustable milk cartons or any containers that high do not fit. Freezer - ice cream soft when set on zero, needs to be -5 or colder. Freezer door heavy, does not slide in normal-like unless pushed hard, or will stay ajar and melt contents.

This fridge was a major upgrade from the standard rental-grade fridge we had in our house. I love the easily adjustable shelves, the enclosed butter area, and the temperature variable drawer. The lighting inside really elevates the overall look.

BE AWARE - If this or any Kitchenaid product is defective you must notify within 15 days of purchase or it is not returnable to Best Buy or Kitchenaid, regardless of the problem. Our kitchen wasn't finished but we wanted to be ready when it was so the appliances were not installed for about 24 days after we received them. This refrigerator started leaking water and had thick ice under bottom drawer within days after installation. Called inside and was scheduled a service call date. In the mean time (fathers day weekend) the freezer and fridge stopped working thawing all the food and required using our basement unit to save what wwe could. The issue was a plug in the drain hose the factory left in. I wish I could say that solved all the issues. Long story short we are now working on service #4. I have pleaded with Kitchenaid to replace the unit, the product review team says NO they have the right to enforce the 1 yr warranty and continue to try and fix it. As the freezer just randomly thaws out (also all the ice melts in the door and floods the fridge). We have lost too much food already. I have tried to be understanding but my patience is worn out.

Love the fresh food space in this fridge! The layout allows you to see everything at a glance and it is well lit. Although the ice maker on the door does not put out the high volume that my Jenn Air did, we have not run out with some heavy ice users in the house. Have read about problems with this model, after I ordered it, but hoping it is a keeper because the interior design is great.

Got this fridge scratch and dent. Couldn’t even tell where the damage was. Amazing fridge, we picked it because it was the one fridge that had solid door inserts, not just plastic inserts- tired of those breaking after a year on our last couple fridges. The only thing I would ding is the noise of the ice maker on occasion, but this is one solid fridge. Love it!

I have had this refrigerator for two months now and am very happy with it. For a counter depth refrigerator it has plenty of space, and the freezer is more than adequate. The ice maker has proven more than adequate for our needs. Feels solidly built, but only time will tell how reliable it will be. If you are looking for a counter depth refrigerator, I highly recommend this KitchenAid.

Very happy with this refrigerator as it replaced a Sears model whose warranty is worthless--2 1/2 weeks just to get an appointment and 3 weeks to fix so I was without a fridge :-((( American made, quiet and even the delivery men said it was beautiful inside as they hadn't seen this model. Has everything you could want but the ice cubes are a bit small. Best of all......does NOT show fingerprints ;-))))!!!!

Kitchen Aid has made a very nice refrigerator. The only problem I had was the quality of the refrigerator. The first refrigerator the installers plugged in turned on but after 24 hours the refrigerator did not get cold. So I returned that refrigerator. Best Buy was great with the return and had a new refrigerator out to me in 3 days. The new refrigerator works great.

This fridge has a ton of room. It is beautiful in our kitchen

I love my new Refrigerator/Freezer. The layout of the compartments make organization easy with plenty of room for shelf items. They are easy to access and the items can be viewed without having to open each compartment. The exterior color and inside lighting are what I would expect to see in a high end home, however it looks awesome in my middle class setting. I am very pleased with our purchase decision.

The inside of this fridge is GORGEOUS! I love keeping my new fridge clean and super organized. It's such a beauty! So far it's been an absolute hit in my house. I get many compliments from guests. I have had this fridge installed for about a month and haven't had any issues. Also, it makes great ice! Love it!

Unit works fine, not worth the money, for the features it comes with. This unit should be half the price, looks nice though. Don't pay full price just buy an open box one.

While we’ve only had our refrigerator for a few weeks, I love the efficient use of space, the sleek look, and the smaller ice cubes. Even though it’s counter depth, the storage options fit all my needs. Hoping it will be a work horse for the next many years.
