We have only had this product up and running for a couple weeks, but have been very satisfied with it. I searched for the largest count-depth fridge on the market, and came across this, with it's almost 24 cuft of storage. So for it is elegant, and easy to use. We love it.

The sales person at Best Buy was great until it was determined I have a defective appliance. And there was no accountability from anyone at Best Buy. . It was my responsibility to work through the potential repair,. The service continued to go down quickly from there. My refrigerator arrived on 12/21/20. The delivery/set up people could run out of my house quick enough scratching my new hardwood floors. They Told me to wait 24 hours for refrigerator to meet necessary temperatures. After purchasing food and coming home the refrigerator was not cooling/freezing at all. I went to to store and was passed around and around from dept to dept. The sales person gave me his cellphone and the “resolution “ number. After still not getting anywhere i called the resolution to which they told me they don’t handle i would have to call the manufacturer. So I have been without a refrigerator for almost a week. The repair service came yesterday and will return today with a part to hopefully fix it. This was my first experience with purchasing appliances via Best Buy. And it was not a pleasant one.

Because the refrigerator has the anti-fingerprint coating, it is darker than our other stainless steel appliances. We were not informed of this when we purchased, so we are disappointed. Other than the slightly darker color, the refrigerator functions as expected.

I waited 6 months for this fridge, I liked the quietness and the container on door that whole 20 extra large eggs and the sliding shelf for occasional tall container. It’s also large inside.

Beautiful fridge!! Super quiet!! Has lots of features (auto fill & makes tons of ice - we have never run out of ice). Also doesn’t show smudges at all - and easy to clean.

Absolutely love! I have unfortunately had bad experiences with other brands such as Samsung and Frigidaire only lasting 3-5 years and have beyond pleased with the Kitchen-Aid. It’s so quiet and the auto close drawers are deluxe!

So far this is a great frig. the Best Buy delivery team was great. The Ice maker in this Refrigerator makes cool little ice cubes, They are GREAT. Many of the reviews mentioned noise. I have not had that experience.

When I built my home, I ordered this refrigerator. For some reason it was not available when it was time to install my appliance package. I waiter 10 months and had to fight to get the company to provide it. That is now behind me and my wife loves this refrigerator! It is beautiful in and out and is fairly quiet.

Had purchased an expensive Samsung a while back. The ice-maker kept freezing up and couldn't be repaired. We exchanged the refrigerator and because the Samsung had never re-engineered their ice-maker we upgraded to the Kitchen Aid. Well worth the cost of the upgrade!

We love this refrigerator. It is roomy and spacious and stylish too. The ice maker makes small ice cubes which are nice, would be better if it made more ice, but will buy an additional ice maker.

I looked at a lot of refrigerators before deciding on this one but I really liked the look of the KitchenAid and I especially liked the stainless print shield option. My only complaint is that the ice maker is so small.

Magnificent appliance time honored brand with all the bells and whistles...great buy..expensive but competitively priced..ad easily financed with Best Buy

Amazing quality in this KitchenAid refrigerator. Several great upgrades. Extra insulation in the doors so you don’t hear the ice cubes fall when they are being made. Excellent interior lights

This is an excellent refrigerator BUT The Icemaker Sucks! WE bought this refrigerator because we have a bigger need for fresh food space over freezer. This 'frig provides that and is easy to use. HOWEVER, the refrigerator is less than 6 months old and this is the 2nd time we have had to have service come out for the icemaker. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IN A REFRIGERATOR COSTING THIS MUCH MORE THAN COMPARABLE MODELS!!!

Nice french door fridge - makes two kinds of ice! I have had it two weeks and happy with how fridge is organized inside with fruit and veggie bins and dairy/deli drawer. Works well in my kitchen!
