We love our new Kitchen Aid refrigerator. It is beautiful and has quite a few perks we really like.

Spent $10k on new appliances for my kitchen with the fridge being the most expensive item, Read some of the negative reviews on this fridge and assumed that Kitchenaid would have the fixed the problems by now.. We really needed a counter depth fridge for our new kitchen and we liked the matching with the other appliances, The ice-maker makes ice occasionally and the water filter door will not close. This fridge looks solid on the outside and has great looking design. I'm just disappointed in the fact that the internals don't work. ( ice-maker and flimsy water filter door ) Also some of the internal stuff feels really cheap...perhaps give the consumer an optionsto "buy up" and upgrade some of the interior components ? In any case I have $10K tied up in Kitchenaid of which the rest gets installed in the next two weeks as part of my kitchen remodel.I hope either Best Buy or Kitchenaid will step up and make this problem go away for me.

Great product, for this Size I can Storage large food and gallons. Spaciuos.

Highly recommend this product. Also has a great deal of space for a counter-top unit.

My wife and I love our new fridge! It has wood finishes throughout which makes it really unique.

This is the second time my Fridge has "Frozen up" and ruined the entirety of my food. I left for a week on vacation with the fridge at factory settings and when I came home, the water line had frozen and the internal temp of the fridge was 65deg. This time the repairman had confided that for cost savings, the evaporator coils were not supplied with an appropriate defroster/heater. As a result, it will freeze solid. Anyway, the fridge is beautiful, and when working properly is amazing. However, I would be weary of buying one. ***If your fridge does go out, you have to unplug it for a few hours. Once the coil defrosts, it will start cooling again***

Disappointed! I’ve had this product for less than 2 months and I’m already having issues with the ice maker. Water leaks outside the Ice tray causing ice build up and leaks inside and outside the frig. Not a happy camper!!

Love the refrigerator lighting, clear drawers & platinum interior - makes content visible at a glance. The only minor drawback is freezing lighting, which is adequate, but does not equal the superior lighting in the refrigerator section.

Finally after 3 misfires we have a very good refrigerator. Couldn’t be happier

I do a lot of hosting & I always get compliments. The tray is a must have if you like to have a lot of partys

I absolutely LOVE my new french door refrigerator!

You can see all that is in it when you open the doors. The ice cubes are small in size, which my husband loves. The produce drawers are great and in full view. My only negative is there is no sticker to tell you to push the little door on the filter compartment to open it. It should say push to open.

After reading all the bad reviews, we loved how this looked and thought we would get a good unit. We were wrong. Brand new unit buzzing like crazy. Really loud! I even went as far as to sound proof the fridge box. After going back to Best Buy, they said the buzzing wasn’t normal. We decided to not take another chance and switch to an LG Studio. SO much quieter. Don’t take a chance on this one. Way too many problems for the cost.
