This is a beautiful refrigerator, but is does not function well. We bought this solely based on the brand name and appearance but should have done our research as this gets many, many poor reviews. Within the first two days of owning it, we knew it needed to be returned. The refrigerator section functioned okay but did not properly cool enough and the layout is not user friendly. Multiple items thawed in the freezer again and again. Best Buy Total Tech's third party installers handled the installation and everything was done properly, the refrigerator itself is just not a good product. We returned it to Best Buy and got the Bosch 800 series which we love!

Having total tech was helpful with having Best Buy choose the best company ( reliant installations) to install all my appliances. They were professional fast and knowledgeable in all aspects

It looks nice, but it has been running non-spot. They sent someone out and there is a part needed that is on back-order. Expensive garbage!

This is a great refrigerator. It is a retooled model from one that that kept freezing and shutting off. Now that KitchenAid has fixed it it is everything that I had hoped for in space and Design!

I had an excellent experience at the Cedar Hills Beaverton branch of Best Buy. The delivery drivers were very careful loading it into my home not a single mark on my house or on the fridge. One of the top five experiences in a Best Buy ever.

If there was a chance to have a zero or minus rating, I would provide a more accurate value rating for this product. Run away and do not waste your money; not only lasted less than one year, the company they sent to repair several items with only eight months of ownership (Appliance Express) did not repair properly, the same problem came back with 18 months of ownership, of course they now denied our warranty and we lost $3,800 Just because we believed in their brand

This is bmw 7 series of refrigerators. Starement piece.

First fridge…. Water line didn’t operate. Second fridge… electrical wire was broken. Third attempt to delivery… they thought it was a repair and not exchange. Third fridge… arrives in four days. Hope it functions.

Quick cooling and ice maker. Quiet too. I will recoomend it.

Love the look and with permashield, no finger prints.

Shelves are hard to adjust. Nice features otherwise.

Fridge is what we wanted. Color is great in our kitchen.

Freezer stopped working after less than 4 months of use. 2 year geek squad plan is only actually usable after 1 year - so you're paying for 2 years and only able to use it for 1. Check your effective date, it's a bit of a scam.

This was a nice looking refrigerator, but that’s about all had it a year and a half and it went out had the appliances guys out7 times with no luck been without a refrigerator for 2 months now the appliance guy gave us a number to call to get a replacement now they said they have to review it and will have a answer in a couple days NOT WORTH The MONEY!!!!!!!

This refrigerator is more than similar to other name refrigerators, however, the finishing quality of this refrigerator is superior but the higher price is justified by better finishing within the refregerator

It is nice the compartment is nice. Ice maker keeps up! Freezer part has good functionality
