Worst fridge we ever bought

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Usually I don’t leave a review but this time I had to, just because the price, we purchased this fridge thinking kitchenaid is the best of the best but we were wrong with this fridge, it has been the worst fridge we ever bought, it wasted our food by freezing it all the time, we went trough kitchen aid to repair it, they tried a few time but we are still having the same problem. I’m talking about a brand new fridge that cost over $4000, please don’t waist your money it’s not worth it. Thanks.

Had the repair guy from Kitchen Aid come out three times and replaced parts each time and still doesn't work. I am now waiting another part that is back ordered and suppose to be here in 7 to 10 days. I have a 6 month refrigerator that will be down a month by the time the parts come in. I love the color and wood inside but would purchase something else.

Do not recommend

Then called sales person Mr. Dormant and left message for him but never heard back. Also this product has poor design as you can’t open the right side drawer without both doors being open.

Choose a different brand

Our refrigerator is now just 14 months old, and we just learned today that the compressor needs to be replaced. We've already replaced the ice maker after multiple service visits. Good thing we purchased the extended warranty but at this point, I'd rather they come pick up this junker and I'll buy another brand. If 2020 were a refrigerator, it would be this one!

Bad fridge not recomended

They were professional fast and knowledgeable in all aspects

The delivery drivers were very careful loading it into my home not a single mark on my house or on the fridge. One of the top five experiences in a Best Buy ever.
