This is fridge is a counter depth refrigerator but it has a ton of space. Everything inside the fridge is so nice. I have a family of three and we have plenty of space to add more food. We also love that the control panel is on the side of the door and not in the refrigerator taking up valuable space.

Worth the price. This is a heavy duty fridge and very well made. Haven’t had any issues as I just accepted delivery.

Freezer never froze and fridge froze all produce. Never worked correctly from day 1. Side note -the freezer is deep but not user friendly. You end up having to remove everything in order to find what you’re looking for.

It looks great but do not buy this refrigerator. Within 6 months of purchase we had ice build-up on the fan which was causing a high pitch squeel. We had no issues for 3 months, now after 2 service calls we are again without a working refrigerator for another issue they can not diagnose. We can't believe we have had this many issues in less than 10 months since delivery.

Defective ice machine for second time. Time to change brands.

** DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM ** ** DO NOT COUNT ON GEEK SQUAD *** Purchased this Kitchenaid product and has been disappointment since the beginning. There is a service pointer out for multiple issues: no/slow ice, no cooling, ice build-up in evaporators, water leaking, noise from compressor, and no water dispensing. Geek Squad and their 3rd party technicians have been out to repair 5 times, and the same issue continues. I am currently without a fridge for 3 weeks and counting, not to mention the prior 4 times I had to deal without a fridge. Note, I have kids and cannot keep any milk/food for them. The fridge is a LEMON and Geek Squad continues to replace different parts, which is a way to say that the part has not been replaced more than 3 times. However, it is the same issue: I HAVE A FRIDGE WHICH IS NOT COOLING. I purchased the Geek Squad protection service for piece of mind that BEST BUY will not sell defective appliances, but apparently they do and do not care about replacing defective appliances. This has been a total let down and I will never recommend any purchased from Best Buy and definitely NOT recommend Geek Squad.
