Absolutely love this fridge. Love the wooden accents on the inside. And everyone that visits our home loves the small ice cubes from the ice maker.

We’ve had this refrigerator for just over 4 months and in that duration the ice maker has never consistently worked. About once every two to three uses, the part becomes jammed with a large clump of ice, which requires removing the bucket, dumping all the ice, clearing out the jam with a knife or other sharp object and returning. We’ve stopped using the ice entirely because it isn’t worth the effort.

Kitchen aid always having top grade appliances. The function is great the look is what really caught my eye. There’s tons of space for food storage. My only thing is the freezer space is a little less than what I was hoping for. But that wasn’t enough to make me unhappy with my purchase by any means. Still love it!

Have had this refrigerator for over a month. Quiet, organized and very functional. Like the better-sized ice cubes! No complaints on anything, and this follows a gourmet-brand refrigerator we used to have. Would recommend highly.

It’s built well and feels heavy duty which is a must for our kids! Love the ice maker and water in the door and the configured shelves along with led lighting. Doesn’t have all the gadgets as others but I’m fine with that as I’ll take durability and dependability any day over more features.

Loved the refrigerator, loved best buy cutomer service will buy it again

We have only had this product up and running for a couple weeks, but have been very satisfied with it. I searched for the largest count-depth fridge on the market, and came across this, with it's almost 24 cuft of storage. So for it is elegant, and easy to use. We love it.

The refrigerator is 2 1/2 years old ($4,400) and quit working 6 weeks ago. We purchased the 3 year extended warranty through Best Buy. The 1st call for service was 4/29/29, we’ve had 2 different appliance repair companies come to replace the same parts that each other have replaced already (It’s like a comedy show). The geek squad came out and ordered the same parts and is schedule to come back on 6/6 to replace them. We’ve been using 3 ice coolers that need the ice replaced every 3 days for the last 6 weeks. I’ve asked multiple times to to speak to a supervisor in the warranty department, but they refused to call me back (the call takers do a great job). I would not recommend any appliances from Best Buy, don’t wast your money on the extended warranty, all it’s done for us is caused me to take a lot of time off from work and a-lot of time on the phone.

The sales person at Best Buy was great until it was determined I have a defective appliance. And there was no accountability from anyone at Best Buy. . It was my responsibility to work through the potential repair,. The service continued to go down quickly from there. My refrigerator arrived on 12/21/20. The delivery/set up people could run out of my house quick enough scratching my new hardwood floors. They Told me to wait 24 hours for refrigerator to meet necessary temperatures. After purchasing food and coming home the refrigerator was not cooling/freezing at all. I went to to store and was passed around and around from dept to dept. The sales person gave me his cellphone and the “resolution “ number. After still not getting anywhere i called the resolution to which they told me they don’t handle i would have to call the manufacturer. So I have been without a refrigerator for almost a week. The repair service came yesterday and will return today with a part to hopefully fix it. This was my first experience with purchasing appliances via Best Buy. And it was not a pleasant one.

I waited 6 months for this fridge, I liked the quietness and the container on door that whole 20 extra large eggs and the sliding shelf for occasional tall container. It’s also large inside.

Beautiful fridge!! Super quiet!! Has lots of features (auto fill & makes tons of ice - we have never run out of ice). Also doesn’t show smudges at all - and easy to clean.
