Makes the perfect size ice drive is great freezer little small with all the plastic trays they add not enough space in freezer

Refrigerator I have purchased this brand twice and both times after 1 year I have had problems. First About this refrigerator at a different place this time I bought it at Best Buy thinking if I had any issues they would come out and resolve it immediately or at least soon that wasn’t the case still having problems still trying to resolve since October 2021

This was one of the most expensive appliances I Have ever purchased. We were so excited at all it was promised to be. However, we have literally been fraught with disappointment from this unit. First we had to have a door replaced because it did not line up. Then the control menu started peeling off, so we had to have that repaired. Then the ice maker broke and needed to be replaced. Most recently, the compressor has broken and we are in the process of getting it fixed. I read through the other reviews and noticed other customers having similar problems and issues with the quality of this refrigerator. My advice, do not buy it. And if you do, be sure to get an extended warranty.

Very nice and luxurious but small overall the fridge no space .

We love the refrigerator. We are a family with 5 kids and we go through a lot of ice more than what it can produce but it catches back up overnight.

I really wanted to love this fridge because it’s beautifully designed and the rest of my kitchen is KitchenAid products. It’s been 9 months with this fridge and I am having the same issues over and over again. Like many other reviewers noted - it doesn’t do it’s most important job - which is keeping your food cold! The first warning sign was that ice machine stopped working. Then I noticed that the food in the freezer melted. Then the temperature of the fridge was 20 degrees above what I had set to be. Had someone come in January to fix the issue - which took two visits and having to wait almost a month for parts. It’s May and I am having the same issue again. What good is a fridge if your food constantly goes bad? I’m so sad and at this point wish that I could get a completely new and different fridge. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this fridge.

This Refrigerator is amazing it make look my kitchen like one of those tv program I’m so happy

Beautiful inside and out! Love the soft close drawers. Coming from a side by side the freezer has taken some time to get accustomed to. Dispensed cocktail size ice, prefer a larger cube.

Love the look and the self closing drawers. Nice finish and plenty of space. Depth is perfect so you can see all your stuff without moving the whole fridge around.

Pros: - Great Looking - No problems after owning a year - Very customizable layout - consistent cool throughout; no frozen spots Cons: - ice dispenser in door is hard to control. 50% of the time you are picking a cube or 2 off the floor - ice making can be a bit noisy

This fridge is gorgeous inside and out! The smudge proof stainless is life changing

This refrigerator is so loud and the ice maker is always getting stuck

Love the look, works like a dream, fresh air when you open the fridge, crushed ice is fab, love the cute cubes of ice, we would buy this again

Excellent design great storage and quality. Best Buy did an excellent job with delivery and water hookup.

Items delivered and installed seem like decent quality so far. Install guys unprepared to install plug for microwave although it was on order. That was rectified and install was completed. Just awaiting stove now to finish the purchase.

Great fridge high end except temperature panel peels off easy had to have it fixed other than that agreat addition..hopefully that is all the issue. Would have givenit a higher star but because of the temperature panel peeling off could not do it..

Solid purchase zero complaints. Really easy to set up the inside components easy access to items. Doors don't swing all the way back preventing them from hitting walls or cabinets

Overall the refrigerator is nice. The compressor is a bit louder than I would like, and it doesn’t have some of the nicer features you would find in the built-in models. That said, for a free standing refrigerator it is one of the nicer models I think you will find.
