I love this refrigerator! So many cool features! I love the meat marinating tray and the fruit and vegetable preservation features the most!

If you are looking a counter depth Kitchenaid/Whirpool refrigertator with an ice maker stay away from this model. The refrigerator is great looking, spacious, the wood trim makes this product stand out and it's cold. The ice maker is another story, it is petite in capacity maker compared to the three Kitchenaid's we've owned. Second, it only produces about 1/3 of it's capacity. At best we can get two 12 ounce glasses worth in one day. If you have more than two people using ice, forget about relying on this ice maker. Go buy a bag of ice. Third, it takes 24 hours to make ice. We have had KItchenaid service techs look at it twice, stating the ice maker is working perfect and this all we are going to get out of it. It's a shame to spend $4,000 and not have a reliable ice maker in a good refrigerator.

My husband and I have been waiting for this purchase to complete our entire KitchenAid suite kitchen. We LOVE this fridge. At first, I was hesitant because we would be losing fridge space, with it being counter-depth, however, it has been the opposite! With the ice maker in the door, the excellent see-through drawers, that ACTUALLY keep the produce FRESH, the 3rd shelf of the freezer and the beautiful accents, we are more than pleased with this purchase.

When I saw this refrigerator I knew it was perfect for my space, it fit in the kitchen perfectly! Very happy

Broke after 6 months, blowing no cold air in freezer/fridge. Had to wait 2 weeks for service from Manufacturer (Whirlpool) because it's still under their 1 yr warranty, to find out it's going to be another 2 weeks for them to get parts. You would think they would bring compressor parts or hoses on the truck when they showed up, but that would be too complicated. How do they expect people to live without a refrigerator for a month? No sense of urgency from Whirlpool or caring for the situation they created. Don't buy a $4,500 refrigerator when you can get a $1,000 one that will last forever.

I love my refrigerator. It looks amazing and I like the slide out tray for kid snacks. The storage in the doors is also really good. However, you definitely have less room in the refrigerator and freezer than you normally would. If you have kids, you are going to need another refrigerator/freezer in the garage. With all that said - I will never buy another item from Best Buy that requires delivery. They contract this service out and my experience with the delivery team was awful. Plus the refrigerator door was damaged and now I've had Best Buy schedule and break 3 different appointments to replace it. One appt broken the day before, 1 after the appt time and 1 broken 15minutes before the appt time. I'm now exchanging the refrigerator for a new 1.

In the last 6 months since I’ve purchased the refrigerator, it has broken down 4 times. Each time 3-4 parts needed to be replaced, and the parts took 1+ months to arrive. Needless to say, the refrigerator has been out of commission more than it’s been in use

Brand new out of the packaging the fridge did NOT even work. No Freezer, No Ice, NO cooling whatsoever. Complete defect of a fridge.

The fridge is breaking down 15 months after purchase. Food freezes in the fridge area and now there's a loud clacking noise coming from inside the fridge. I couldn't be more disappointed. Do not buy!
