Love product. First counter dept. a little compact, but works for my small family

Fridge is great! Only a 2 degree difference from back to front (most fridge has 5 degrees of variance) seal is great, water dispenser is very nice and the filter system is amazing.

I absolutely LOVE this Fridge! It’s so much more stout and well built than my Samsung! I will be sticking to Kitchen Aide just because the quality is amazing!

Very elegant refrigerator. I was going to purchase a viking, until I ran into this one. Very spacious and great drawers, definitely recommend.

I love my new refrigerator. Originally, we did not want an indoor water/ice dispenser but now we actually like this feature since you don't have to open the freezer for ice.

After waiting months for another retailer I lucked up this fridge at BB. We love it. Only complaint is wish it had more door storage

This is a classy refrigerator with lots of room for all our food. Energy saving features include different storage places in the freezer; the refrigerator is quite spacious.

I love this model. I'm not tall but this model is easy for me to see what I have. My 4 yr old Kitchenaid wasn't as friendly to petite gals like me.

The bars on the doors do not line up evenly. This should not happen with a $4500 refrigerator, very disappointed.

I checked Consumer Reports and various blogs before purchasing. I have had a KitchenAid for the last 17 years without a problem. This one is going in the new home.

The ice machine does not work. There is not a lot of space

Absolutely no storage. Cannotnhold a gallon of milk in the doors. Weird ledges everywhere that make it so you can’t push stuff back. I know it’s countertop but it’s ridiculous and so expensive. I should have gotten something cheaper and double checked doors and small details before buying. Bad on me.

Great service, delivery and install. The guys cleaned up everything and hauled the off the packing materials.

This is a very expensive fridge yet it makes a high pitched noise. Kitchenaid doesn't have any service appointments in our area, and Best Buy won't take it back.

I purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy and had it delivered on 12/4/22. A few hours after it was installed I noticed 1 of the doors would not stay open. I also noticed 2 of the slow closing draws were hitting into each other and not fully closing on their own. I complained and made arrangements for Best Buy to come back out and fix this. They said it could not be adjusted and that they would have to send me a new refrigerator. I now have to wait until March 18th for them to get me a new replacement refrigerator that was defective on delivery from day 1. It is a nice looking refrigerator but it seems like a lot of the components on the inside are cheap plastic that don’t line up great.
