Disappointed to say it mildly. Now tomorrow hopefully not a nightmare to get this fixed in a timely manner.

For a counter depth fridge I don't feel like I've lost any storage space or features you would find in a larger fridge. Would definitely recommend this fridge to anyone else.

Sorry kitchenaid KRFC704FPS04 is the worst fridge ever bought. The 3 years warrsnty covers compresor only not labor. Put your money in another brand out of the whirpool family

After 3 months ice started freezing in the container and the dispensing unit in the door. Eight service calls later with many parts replaced problem is not resolved. Waiting for a new door now going on two months. Air from the freezer is blown UP into the ice maker in the door. When the fridge door opens warmer air is entering the duct leading to the ice maker causing ice to melt and refreeze both cubes and dispensing mechanism. If there ever was a bad design this is it.

As of 11/18/2019, the refrigerator started making a really loud noise and wont stop making the loud noise. Have to have a technician come look at it. Ice Maker jams-up all the time. Had to have the right door replaced once delivered, Can never get the streaks off of it no matter how hard you try. VERY VERY small. The freezer is so small you can not hardly use it. Waste of space. Completely disappointed and would never purchase again. Too much money for these issues. We purchased a cheap ($750) scratch and dent samsung SS refrigerator at the same time for the garage and it has never had issues and it is used just as much. I called Geek Squad and they can't help and I called Best Buy and they can't help. I have to now call whirlpool who owns Kitchenaid.
