Purchased to replace a 40 year old 1 & 1/2 oven during a kitchen remodel for a small space. Bakes, Broils, and Proofs as expected. Oven does run fan until it is cooled (may be normal with all ovens today). Not a ton of options for this size, but so far it has has been a great replacement and a welcomed addition to our kitchen.

What a great experience! I researched online, ordered everything online, got emails and text updates, and Clovis, the installer, called me and was so friendly, showed up on time/early, and he and his assistant were fantastic! Great personalities, great work ethic, great conversationalists. The KitchenAid 24" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall oven fit PERFECTLY, replacing the 2002 Whirlpool oven with no problem. I didn't have many to choose from and wanted convection. I registered the product online using my mobile phone, so easy. Clovis had me do the 1-hr burn off heating at 350 degrees, and then I'll use it and expect great things from the top convection/bottom regular oven! I like the design of the stainless over the black we had before. Overall, a perfect buying, removing the old for $19.99, and install experience! I purchased the Best Buy 5-yr. warranty as well. I will say I was shocked at the cost, having never had to purchase ovens before but whirlpool didn't make the mother boards any longer to fix my old oven. After getting over the sticker shock, I'm excited! This was also the only oven I could get installed in 3 days, the others were late November to December so it was meant to be for me! Highly recommend the Best Buy buying experience!

There are only 3 models this size. This is replacement for another KitchenAid. It's perfect and so much better than the previous model. Clean, quiet, exact temperature with premium convection. Delivery and installation was easy, quick and efficient. I recommend it!

Our existing oven quit working just before Thanksgiving, so we needed a new oven in a hurry. This KitchenAid oven fit perfectly into the space available, looks great, and most importantly, cooked the Thanksgiving turkey to perfection.

Have waited and waited for this oven to be available as open box option... finally I got to purchase !!!! We are so happy with this oven! it is beautiful and love the convection! Great service from the Best Buy Team.

Oven looks and cooks very well. Only the top is a convention oven. At this price would be nice if both were.

Haven’t had the oven long, but it heats up very quickly and cooks well. The convection definitely cooks faster than the regular bake oven. Everything cooks evenly and it is beautiful to look at! For a narrow oven, it holds quite a bit of food! Very pleased with it so far.

This size oven is difficult to find. Best Buy to the rescue! Besides being the correct size, is is great quality and beautiful to look at! I simply love having double ovens

Works great. Bought as an 'Open Box' everything was there but the two stainless steel side trims.

Excellent oven. Top is convection, bottom is standard. The convection oven cooks food perfectly every time.

We had one for over 20 yrs, this is the 2nd one for us. Hopefully the last one in my lifetime. We had to replace the last one because the bottom of the casing rusted out. The delivery is ojay, but the installer is TERRIBLE. I have to call to find out what time they are coming, even tjo they were supposed to call 48hrs before. Nobody call the day they are coming, supposed to call 1/2 hr before. They came when i left to pick up my son from school. No notes nothing, i had to call to findout what happened.

We are very happy with our oven and price the install pricing left a lot to be desired. They were highly recommend by Best Buy’s quoted one price and charged an additional $40.00 for a very minor cut, and let me reiterate a very minor cut not to mention the original fella that was supposed to show didn’t . I will never ever as long as I live buy anything from Best Buy’s they just threw us to the wolves ......

We have been using the KitchenAid 24" double oven now for a few weeks and my wife loves it a lot. We have a full-size Kitchen Aid range/oven combo which my wife also loves for bigger items, but she wanted this unit for small things like frozen pizza and reheats etc. This Oven does exactly what she wants but does not warm up the whole kitchen. We are in the middle of a major heat wave right now (over 100 degrees for more than 25 days in a row) and our kitchen and house stay cooler than last year when we had only the large oven. Let's face it, because of covid and the high cost eating out, (plus the fact that we have to eat) this oven is saving us lots of money in energy and restaurant costs and might someday pay for itself.

With the requirement of retrofitting appliances into an older home, the small selection of 24" double wall ovens resulted into only one real choice; the Kitchen Aid model. Although the Whirlpool model (which shares 95% of the same parts since they are manufactured by the same company) was nice, there were a few features that set the Kitchen Aid apart just enough. The ergonomics of the handles are fantastic and can be grabbed easily at any point from end to end. The Whirlpool model required centralized gripping. The convection feature is also very nice versus the Whirlpool model that does not offer the convection. Only a few small complaints: the oven utilizes fans to cool down and they run for 10's of minutes, single oven light operates both ovens at the same time versus independently, the button panel requires a lot of effort to push even though it is a flat panel, and the operating temperature tends to fluctuate cooler during cooking cycles (if it is set it to 400 it will preheat to 400 and then cycle from approximately 365 to 390 repeatedly), and, of course, the pricing relative to other models or sizes. Overall though I do recommend this model above the others and although it has a high price point, it is still cheaper than remodeling a kitchen to fit a newer standard size.
