My husband forwarded me to do the review since I am the chef and dish waster. Have only used it for a week but so far it is excellent. Extremely quiet compared to our 25 year old Kenmore. Dishes are super clean and it was easy for my husband to install.

I have only had this dishwasher for about a month now but it is absolutely amazing. We had to take out a cabinet to make a spot for a dishwasher. The dishwasher was very easy to install. It is very easy to operate. Also, I absolutely love having such clean glass with not water spots!

This dishwasher is insanely quiet. So quiet that the first few times I only heard water running and panicked that I left a tap open. It gets dishes super clean no matter how much food is gunked on, and dries very well - much less water sitting collected on mugs and cups when the cycle ends.
My only complaint is that the racks don't see to accommodate bowls very well - maybe it's just the shape of the ones I have but they're always falling over or I have to space them in a way that means I can't get as much in the rack. But I'm happy with the cleaning performance, so I'll work around that. A cycle also takes FOREVER but I think that's any modern dishwasher nowadays.

We've had this in place for about two weeks already and love it. It's as quiet as we hoped - much quieter than our 14-year-old Sears unit - and easy to load and use. There have been no issues either with dishes not getting clean or drying completely before we put them away the next morning. It's sleek and we love how the light touch control panel operates. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dishwasher! So happy it was in stock too!.

We have had this dishwasher for two months now. I can say it cleans well. It’s not quite as quiet as our last dishwasher (different brand), but it’s quiet enough. I like the way the rack on top is shaped on the sides for my glasses. Now the negatives: The main thing we didn’t like about the last dishwasher was that we had to pop open the door at the end of the cycle for it to dry. This one has heat and a vent, so we thought it would dry without that extra step. If we set it for “Normal,” which includes “Heat Dry,” we still have to pop open the door. There is an “Extended Heat Dry” setting, and that actually does a pretty good job drying. But with the “Normal” setting taking over three hours, I typically choose not to extend the time or my electric bill. Water pools on the handle of the silverware basket, so when I pop open the door, I sweep off the water with my finger. I also reach in and tip that bar that’s attached to the bottom of the top rack, the thing that squirts out water. I do this because it’s full of water when the cycle ends, and when I pull out the top rack, the water pours out on my dishes in the bottom rack. Not a problem if they haven’t dried yet, but I don’t want it getting the dry dishes wet. So I pull out either rack, tip that water bar (I’m sure it has a real name), and push the rack back in for them to dry. We’re considering drilling some holes in the basket handle for drainage, so maybe it will solve that problem at least.

This is the best dishwasher ever! And this is the first KitchenAid Appliance I've owned. And I love it! It dries the dishes! The one I purchase previously did not, and to me what good is a dishwasher if the dishes aren't dry. This dishwasher is the best. My dishes come out clean every single time. No spots no residue. I use Palmolive liquid dishwasher soap, free and clear. Again there were no spots or anything on the dishes like I've had with a different brand dishwasher. There's plenty of space with the two racks for everything I need to wash. The stainless steel tub is amazing! And quiet! Holy cow this is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned or heard. Or rather don't hear LOL because it is so quiet you don't even know it's running LOL I tried a different one and it was noisy and this one as I said you don't even know what's running. It's very quiet, it's very clean, there are no odors, it's fantastic. A different brand had odors terrible odors but this one does not. This is the best dishwasher!

I love my new dishwasher! It is so quiet that I forget the machine is running at night. The model has tons of room for pots and pans and wider shelving. I really like the stainless steel option as it matches the kitchen appliances in my home already. I’m also very pleased with Bestbuy delivery services. The team was so helpful and provided onsite support same day while installing dishwasher. I highly recommend bestbuy for all appliance needs! Thank you bestbuy!

Dishwasher replaced my old KitchenAid dishwasher. It works as expected and is very quiet. Original water inlet was brass and attached directly to inlet hose. New one has a plastic hose fitting and I had to purchase a brass fitting to connect washer. Original kick plate was metal but the new one is plastic. Wire gauge for shelves is thinner than original. Original had plastic buttons to hold sound insulation in place new one has hooks built in to frame that do not do a very good job. Adjustable legs are plastic and not very stable.

Excited that the item was available within a week and that install could be done within 10 days given current supply chain issues everywhere. The item has worked well except the first wash right after install. Using the provided dishwasher pod that came out it’s the new dishwasher, we had some water and suds on the floor. Since then, no further issues. Like the shelves slide in with minimal force. Like that the utensil basket has different size openings which accommodate my dinner forks vs salad forks. Reasonably quiet but not perfect. Drying setting is much better than Samsung we had previously that died.

I love how quiet it is. It cleans very well and has many cycle options. My favorite feature is that there is no protruding handle. Nice, sleek style.

Excellent dishwasher. It has cleaned everything we have given it so far. It is very quiet when running. Easy to install, i would change the speing clamp to a hose clamp when fixings it to the garbage disposal.

This was not my first choice dishwasher, but it was the best that was available on short notice due to supply chain issues when our 10 year old machine failed. Waiting until April to June for other choices was not in option. Over all I am satisfied with it, it does a good job. Though not as quiet nor has all the features of our former machine, it is very quiet. Just being nit-picky. I would buy it again.
