Heating dry dishes feature was broken

They are wet. The bottom rack is extremely low, so if you’re 5’6” or taller you have to bend over significantly. Utensil holder, oddly has these covers that can be slid off. Not very useful so I took them off. Extremely difficult to find this size dishwasher in early 2023, so I had no choice. Best Buy does not repair whirlpool products while it’s under warranty. The total tech does not kick in until the one-year warranty from the manufacturer is over. So I have to call whirlpool for them to come fix it or if need be replace it.

Not cleaning well

Not What We Asked For

The price was the same so we didn’t realize it until delivery day. It works, but it wasn’t what we asked for.

Fortunately we were around to hear the water running and saved our new hardwood floors from possible damage.

The new dishwasher does not clean well and leaves spots making the dishes look dirty. The dish washer itself and the dishes are wet to dry even on heated dry.

Stuff isn't as good as it used to be.

The surrounding counters and sink basins get very warm while the dishwasher is in operation. The insulation variance was observed upon installation and proves to be inadequate.

does not get our dishes clean

We use it the same way as our previous dishwasher but have to examine the "clean" dishes and rewash some of them.

We are very pleased with the results as compared to the 6 year old Samsung we replaced. It is very quiet as advertised as long as you install all of the included sound proofing. It’s not perfect, but does much better with drying plastics. The spring assist open/close component seems like it will be much more durable than the rope cord that kept cutting itself in two on the rollers like many washers use. The light brushing marks in the stainless make finger prints almost unnoticeable. Controls were simple and the install manual was fairly straightforward. Seems great so far.
