Great Dishwasher, until the heater burnt itself out after only 1 1/2 years. Granted, we used it a lot during the pandemic, but it should last much longer before a major repair.

MONEY, OR EXCHANGE OR REFUND TO BUY ANITHER BRAND DISHWASHER AT BEST BUY I called KitchenAid AKA whirlpool and they said once their equipment is in the hands of Best buy they will not refund any money for damage or faulty machines because Best buy had it in their custody and then I'm to go to Best buy for the money so neither corporation will replace this machine and I've been told by five different team members that I have no option but to pay for the repair myself I'm still in shock don't buy from Best buy unless I report back differently in a week but please do not buy from Best buy because you have no means of getting anything replaced if it's more than 15 days since you received delivery. I don't know about the cleaning quality or the drying quality because we hardly used it but they're making me answer it so I'll put one meaning poor

Huge disappointment. I purchased all new kitchen appliances on top of the line kitchen eight appliances. Not even 1 year later. My refrigerator broke down and my dishwasher broke down. All this with minimum use in a single person household. This is a joke,

Product is acceptable, but we still have problems with streaks on the china and silverware. We really wanted a Bosche.

First 2 months of ownership and already had 3 issues: Upper rack dislocated Gasket falls off leading to leaks And now it just keeps beeping and refuses to start. Considering how much we paid - terrible

So far, it doesn’t dry and We don’t know if the guys Best Buy has contract with for installation know what they are doing or not. This is the 2nd exchange we did and still this machine doesn’t dry. It’s weird that both machines are defective. I had high expectations with almost 5 stars this dishwasher had but now I feel that I just wanna get rid of it. P.s the guy who came and installed told me that some dishwashers don’t dry, come on, seriously Best Buy, at least find people who know what to say to customers.

After 30 days of the purchase and installation it stopped working and need to call for service.

Hubby kept telling me for years we needed to get rid of our older Maytag since it wasnt cleaning well. I didnt believe him. Well this was in sale so i said okay. What a difference in cleaning! Ive taken over dishwashing duty because i just love this dishwasher! Everything is clean and spotless! This has heated dry which works great. Quiet, no nasty filter to dig out and clean. It has a filter that filters the wash water so the rinse water is clean. No problems with door dripping or leaking. Of course reviews are confusing, so I just went with the features I wanted. I live the third rack on this machine. That’s what was the deciding factor for me. Very useful, is deep enough for small bowls and cups. Very happy so far!

The one missing bit of information was that which explained how it functioned—worked. Ultimately it was figured out and all was well.

Spent more than 10 hours on scheduling delivery & install after multiple Call center disengenious appointments to the point of several delays & then still wantingbto delivery after device already ibstalke..Comedy of errors but waste of time & lies made it a nightmare

So worth the money. The only brand to buy for best quality

died after 18 months. Best buy said not their problem
