The look is simple but works like a champ. Glad to get the samples along with it.

This dishwasher runs quiet. The difficulty is starting the dishwasher because you have to press it two times and it can be a bit temperamental in how you press it before it starts. Also I wish it was able to a commidatw more dishes.

Very quiet and works well. I wish the upper rack had adjustable dividers.

The appliances have not yet been delivered but i have had a KitchenAid dishwasher for 30 years so i know they will work fine- had to replace due to Hurricane Harvey or I would still have my 14 year old KitchenAid. Was nice to see that they have a specific model for the carpenter to replace the panel to look like kitchen cabinets.

Looks like a million bucks, I hope it works as good as it looks.

I like the look of it & the inside racks; esp. the upper 3rd level for small spatulas; lids; etc. The only thing I don't like; is that the heated dry option doesn't dry the tops of cups & some plastics on the top 2 racks. I have to hand dry them.

Dishwasher was installed and worked great for a couple of days. The washer then started leaking water onto the floor. It took a week to get Geek Squad back, but they did discover the machine was installed incorrectly. Since the reinstall, machine is fine. Knocked rating down a star because of install issues.

It worked okay for 3 years. 2.5 years in the slider wheels all of fell off then the motor seemed to go out on it. Had Geek Squad out 4x over a two month period and they couldn't fix it so was given a code to go into the store to get a replacement. Went into the store7 weeks ago and still waiting for a replacement dishwasher. Not because there isn't one in stock. But because they can't figure out out to order one in the system.

It cleans well but does not have anything special about it. I have seen other models that have special clean cycles and power spots that clean more. This one just cleans. The only reason I got this one over other models was because it matches everything n the kitchen.

We did a lot of research an our overwhelming first choice was KitchenAid. We also bought a KitchenAid dishwasher for a vacation home both from Best Buy. Their sales personnel are always very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dishwasher

Shopping around for dishwashers is not something wants to do. The old one breaks, and the frantic research and new hunt begins. Multiple recommendations led me to this model from Kitchenaid. I was told, "stainless tub-longevity"; 3rd tier rack-super cleaning of utensils, etc. OK, sold. $922 and it comes to the house. within 2 years, the pump went which we were told for some reason wasn't covered. The cost was nearly 2/3's of the purchase price to replace. Then, again two years it died again. Technician came to the house and said: "pump/motor have stopped working-but the stainless tub looks great" Look, its been 4 years. We don't have an industrial restaurant, we have a townhouse with a small kitchen. One would expect when you pay a grand for a higher end appliance that it would last a bit longer. I can't recommend this product. Sure, I got 4 years out of it, But if I've got to pay $1000+ every 48 months..sorry, there are much better options

Good dishwasher, has good loading and cycle options. Structural and mechanically perhaps slightly under-built. Replaced a Bosch of same size. The Bosch had all 4 legs with height adjustment. The KitchenAid only has adjustment on the front 2 legs, and it was not enough adjustment, so we had to shim the front legs and then adjust the height to level. The front legs with the adjustment seemed slightly wobbly, could have been built sturdier.

I like this dishwasher and have owned it for over one year. I just wished it dryed some of my plasticware more thoroughly.

This is the third Kitchen Aid dishwasher that I have had and have been very happy with each of them. The control panel on this one is much improved over the last one I had.
