So far no complaints! Cleans well, is quiet, dried and the third rack is a nice addition! My only issue was around installation. The mounting configuration and requirements led to the door not being flush with my countertops when closed. Still functional and looks nice but wish it had set back farther. Some washers that were "cosmetic" snapped or broke off during install.

Quiet, need to look at indicator lights to tell it’s running. Very effective cleaning and no residue on glassware using Finish tabs from Costco, and Finish rinse aid. The pro wash setting is favorite as it senses soil and adjusts accordingly. Took me a while to get used to uppermost extra rack. This dishwasher holds more than any previous dishwasher. I highly recommend this model.

Does a good job on cleaning dishes etc. quiet washcycles. With the 3rd (top position) drawer, it has a fairly arg capacity. Was relatively easy to install.

The dishwasher is extremely quiet. Looks great and I like the utensil holder I the only negative thing I could say is Best Buy‘s installation team is absolutely horrible. I have bought four major appliances from them . The installation team always finds a reason that they cannot install it. With this dishwasher, the service install crew told me my valve would not shut off so they couldn’t install it. I went under the cabinet. It turned it off went back to the driver that was there and he said too late. I already called them. It’s always the same with Best Buy‘s installation team. I wound up installing it myself very easy. Install took maybe 20 minutes.

This has been such a great buy. I got a floor model which initially was iffy about... it's been awesome! Cleans well and is quiet. Also the multiple levels are super convenient. Very happy with purchase

Love how quiet our new kitchenaid dishwasher is. It has an amazing amount of space with the three racks. We love how mugs and some large bowls can go in the top shelf. Everything comes out clean each time.

This is great! It is significantly more quiet than our previous one. The dishes end up much cleaner and is much easier to load.

We really love our new dishwasher. The third rack is super handy for small items and allows us to load even more than ever before. The build quality seems really good, I love how the racks slide in/out. Dishes come out clean, way better than prior dishwasher. Very quiet, needed to adjust to the subtle sounds. Only slight critique - the controls on the top can get changed by rubbing against the open door (with lower leg).

My dishwasher was 20 yrs old until I just replaced it with the kitchenmaid. This is a super quiet 3 rack clean fantastic appliance. I give it a 5 star rating. I've been using it over a month now and still don't know when it's running it's that quiet. It's all stainless steel and very clean. Dries fantastic and I love the 3rd rack. I highly recommend this dishwasher :)

After doing two weeks worth of research, we decided on this KitchenAid dishwasher. The reviews across many stores (hardware stores, etc) were consistent on its power and performance. This is one of the few top tier dishwashers that has a heating element in it. The top and middle racks are designed with excellence - very efficient and space saving. The inside quality is excellent and superior to Bosch in my opinion. After looking in And seeing the the Bosch units in action and comparing it KitchenAid, it was obvious to go with this model. We are set for install Tuesday 5/19/20, so I will update this after the install and first use.

We originally purchased a Bosch 300 series, but when it was delivered and we prepared to install it, it was filled with standing water and had a huge dent in it - clearly not a brand new unit. I called customer service and they were phenomenal; even though they had no more Bosch's in stock to replace it with, they offered us this Kitchen Aid model, and we like this even better than the Bosch! The third rack on this model is better because it allows you to position your mugs and glasses just right so a special spray arm cleans them out thoroughly. The middle rack is adjustable so you can raise or lower it depending on your needs. It is super quiet, dishes come out amazingly clean, and DRY - even plastic. Absolutely love this dishwasher.

We had a KitchenAid dishwasher which was replaced by this one. Much quieter. Larger third shelf. Highly recommend this model over the last model. The cleaning is great and due to the larger third shelf along with the improvements on the lower two shelves, there are less dishwashing cycles per week which saves money

We love this dishwasher! We have had Bosch, LG & GE Profile, by far this is our favorite. The third rack is top notch! It not only holds flatware but also glasses which is perfect. This dishwasher holds a lot of dishes! Love the adjustable rack. The whole layout is perfect. Did I mention it is extremely quiet! Great purchase!

I’m one of those people who thinks you shouldn’t have to clean a dish before putting it in the dishwasher…. With that in mind, I absolutely Love this dishwasher! It holds a lot of dishes, gets all of them clean and dries well!! It is very quiet, I can only tell it’s on by hearing the was drain through the disposal.

Excellent performance, The unit is quiet running and easy to use. Loading dishes is easy and allows for plenty of dishes.

We replaced our 17 yearly GE Monogram with this KitchenAid and could not be happier. It runs quietly and gets the dishes clean. The 3 shelves is a very convenient extra. The design fits in well with our other Monogram fixtures.

This dishwasher is great. Most dishwashers at this price point are going to be great. Having a 3rd rack when living with a backer is is just fantastic. The draws move out smoothly and it runs really really quiet. Can barely tell it’s on. A word of caution though. Be wary of the installation process. Best Buy used a 3rd party to do the delivery and install. The guy that came to our home was just awful. We had one install date and time but the guy never showed up. He called 6 min prior to arrival (supposed to be min 30 minutes) 3 hours outside of our window. He claimed to have truck problems and never bothered to call the clients. To be fair Beat Buy did what they can to make things right for us. We got a new date and it was installed, however, the installer managed to crack our counter top and now going through the companies insurance to get this resolved. Hopefully I can make an update when this is completed.

This KitchenAid dishwasher cleans well. The third rack is very versatile; it can hold glasses, bowls, and smaller items. Having a choice of 2, 4, or 8-hour delay is convenient. It's a quiet dishwasher--perhaps not as quiet as some Bosch models, but still quiet.

Love it. Only minor complaint is that there is no timer on it to show how long each cycle is and how much time is remaining. Small complaint and enough of an issue to knock off a star. Otherwise, this thing is quiet, the 3rd rack is helpful, and it clean very very well. Love the KitchenAid signature handle as well. would buy again
