Soooo Quiet!!! Never misses a spot. Three adjustable shelves is great! Removable utensil trays. Bought on close out floor model for a fantastic price!

This is great! It is significantly more quiet than our previous one. The dishes end up much cleaner and is much easier to load.

This is the best dishwasher I've ever owned. Sadly, we've had bad luck with several brands. After our high end one died, I purchased another one sight unseen based on reviews. It died in less than three years! After spending hundreds on repairs I finally admitted trying to fix it was hopeless, so I decided to go to a store and shop for units by looking at them. The unique third row design of this model appealed to me, but my husband thought it was a gimmick at first. It is AWESOME! This dishwasher holds so much and it is really sturdy. After months of daily use, I can honestly say we finally got it right. If you are on the fence, just do it - this is the one you've been looking for.

Excellent performance, The unit is quiet running and easy to use. Loading dishes is easy and allows for plenty of dishes.

My wife loves it. Cleans dishes very well. Also, half sheet cooking pans fit fine ... I did not expect that. Why not 5 stars? Installation is relatively difficult. It is covered with sound damping blankets everywhere. They bunch up when trying to fit into tight installations. The rear leveling legs are inaccessible once you start inserting into the space ... have to get them right the first time. Also, you need to remove a drip tray with a very short wire connector. You need to remove the connector, but it is not easy. They could have made that easier. Also, the instruction manual is relatively cryptic and printed on what appears to be cheap news print. For this much money, that detail could be improved. Bottom line, it cleans very well and is pretty quiet even if I didn't put all the blankets back in place (the ones at the bottom around drip pan, I had no idea how to reinstall those correctly) ... have had about 3 weeks now. Hope it continues that way.

I had to purchase a new dishwasher because I had a poor installation from a formerly well known appliance store. Best Buy has changed over the years. I normally would not think of shopping at Best Buy for a major appliance. I’m glad I went. Jack in Manhattan, KS, answered all my questions, and showed me the feature of a water alarm on this dishwasher. He let me talk my purchase through as the cost was double from my last purchase the year prior. I will return to Best Buy if I need other major appliances. From the initial store visit to installation, my experience was great. This dishwasher is so quiet I can’t even hear it. And, the third rack gives me so much more room too. 5 stars to Jack at Best Buy, as well as the men at We Do It All, LLC for a great installation.

This is by far, the best dishwasher yet! I have to keep checking to see if it is running. It is so quiet. The cleaning is great and is so simple to start. My husband is now able to run the dishwasher lol. I always buy KitchenAid and have been very satisfied.

We love this dishwasher. The third level is a nice bonus for flat items such as spatulas and lids. The machine is extremely quiet...we have an open great room plan and don't hear it operating when we are watching TV in the evening. And the dishes come out spotless. Well work the extra few bucks!

We really love our new dishwasher. The third rack is super handy for small items and allows us to load even more than ever before. The build quality seems really good, I love how the racks slide in/out. Dishes come out clean, way better than prior dishwasher. Very quiet, needed to adjust to the subtle sounds. Only slight critique - the controls on the top can get changed by rubbing against the open door (with lower leg).

When shopping for this model we went back and forth between this model and the one with the Pro Dry system that cost a few hundred dollars more. Our older dishwasher that we were replacing didn't do a great job with drying dishes and this was one of the reasons we were looking to replace it. Ultimately, lack of inventory of the more expensive model with the Pro Dry meant that if we wanted a dishwasher that had most of our wants we'd have to settle for this one. I'm glad we did as this one does a great job drying dishes with no issues while costing less. This thing is so quiet that the first time we ran it we had to double check it was running. We also really like the stainless interior. My one minor complaint is that the racks are so light weight and move so freely that it's too easy to accidentally shove them in too quickly or pull them out with too much force. It'll just take some time to get used to that. Overall, we're really satisfied.

Quiet is an understatement! When the installer finished and started up the dishwasher to test, he thought it wasn’t working. It cleans very well, there’s a lot of room inside, and like I said, over the top quiet! Worth the price and we hope it lasts as long as our pre ious KitchenAid!

We've only had this washer for a couple weeks, but love it so far. The third rack is truly useful, rather than an alternate, more difficult to use silverware tray. It fits cups of various sizes, measuring cups and odds and ends. Everything comes out clean the first time and it is pleasantly quiet.

Love this dishwasher it's roomy the third rack is excellent it even fits my wine glasses on the third rack it's very secure everything is coming out clean and sparkling. So glad I did my research and I was telling my friend about it and she went out and got one and loves it also.

Pretty nice dishwasher. We’re happy with it. Does the job as it’s supposed to. So silent that we don’t know if it’s running. Regular cycle seems to take forever but haven’t actually timed it. We run it before bedtime, and dishes are clean and dry in the morning. Removes dried egg and lipstick from the dishes completely. We use detergent pods and rinse aid, and the dishes come out spotless and dry. We’ve had it less than a month and already had to run a super hot cycle with vinegar because of bad smell (like raw eggs -not like rotten eggs, just like raw eggs). It could be because it ran out of rinse, but I’m not sure. Checked the filter and interior of the appliance, to see if there was old food trapped somewhere causing the odor, and this didn’t seem to be the problem. This is a problem that we never had with our 25 year/old Frigidare dishwasher. We are very happy with our purchase, and the Geek Squad technician who installed was top notch.

This dishwasher looks great and performs very well. Control panel is intuitive and simple to operate. Dishes come out very clean and the machine runs very quietly. I didn’t know exactly how quiet it would be before purchasing. It’s not like you can’t hear it at all, but the noise is minimal especially compared to our old clunker. 2 minor critiques: I feel like the wash cycle is a little long and the drying could be a little better. Our baby bottles are still pretty wet even after completing the drying cycle.

We were replaced a 12 year-old KitchenAid dishwasher with this updated version. Thus far it’s been pretty solid. Feels well-made and cleans well. It’s also pretty quiet, which is nice.

Third rack is well designed. Removable tray unique among third rack providers. Racks glide nicely. Typical settings do lead to long cycles, but given how quiet it runs, you can run it at any time of day.

Love this dishwasher very quiet and does a good job cleaning. The third shelf is an added bonus. My second kitchen Aid dishwasher wouldn’t buy anything different. Total tech for install was amazing and saved me money. Buy the total tech package

This dishwasher was an exchange because its predecessor, also a Kitchen Aid, broke twice in a year and a half. It was the same model as our new one but it had a pocket door instead of a handle. Perhaps we just had a lemon because the new one is much quieter and my dishes come out much cleaner! I don’t think I ever ran a cycle through the old one (it wasn’t “old” at just a year and a half) where I didn’t have to put dishes back in for a second cleaning and I use premium tablets plus Rinse Aid. So far I am really pleased with this dishwasher. I love the fingerprint resistant finish. And it looks great next to my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. I only gave it 4 stars because I am cautiously optimistic that it isn’t going to break before it’s first birthday. If it doesn’t I will return and give it 5 stars!
