Best dishwasher I have owned so far. I love how roomy it is. It cleans great and it does it VERY quietly!

We love this dishwasher! I can not believe how many dishes we can load in this. We can finally clean up the kitchen without having to do 2 loads! I have no idea why some people say it is loud unless it isn't installed properly or something. This is a very quiet dishwasher. And if that isn't enough it cleans the dishes very well.

There is a lot to like about this dishwasher, it’s quiet, it looks good, and it gets the dishes very clean…when it’s working. I have had this unit for almost exactly 2 years and it has failed twice in that time. The first time it was under factory warranty and they replaced the faulty circulation pump, it only took a MONTH! Now another year has gone by and I’m in the same predicament, waiting for the service technician to show up and then I’ll probably have to wait another two or three weeks to get the new parts installed. I don’t think it is too much to expect an appliance that cost $1000 to last more than a year without catastrophic failure of a core component. I understand that sometimes things happen but for it to happen twice in two years?! I used to choose Kitchen Aid because I thought they were better quality than some other brands but it appears they are just like all the other garbage appliance manufacturers out there, not built to last.

Quiet, easy to operate, cleans well, third rack works great

The only reason I give it four instead of five is that the slide rails the racks are on seem a bit flimsy, so hoping they hold up over time. That being said, the machine is ROOMY, and you can adjust the middle rack up and down a bit. Dishes come out clean and it is fairly quiet. You notice the start-up noise, but once it's been running for a bit, you forget it's on. Only had for a week, but so far so good.

This product great. Plenty of room for dished and the top 3rd rack is well designed. This is a very quiet appliance.

My kitchen is now “the sounds of silence.” Love that it is so quiet. Silverware is shinier than my old dishwasher. Most importantly the racks work for our family’s needs. (The kid insists on a separate bowl for each component of the meal, so we have a lot of bowls to wash.) Heated cycle actually dries the plastic cups used by said kid.

We love this dishwasher, so glad we upgraded. We have an infant and the third rack is great for bottles and pump parts. It's so exciting that the dishes are actually dry when they are done. Also its so quiet I can't even tell it's running most of the time.

Our old GE washer gave up and we replaced it with this KitchenAid. In a word: WOW. Three racks are amazing. The silverware rack comes out and the lid is removable as well. We love that it's on the side which allows for more configurations and flexibility in loading. Silverware can go on the top shelf (also removable tray). The middle shelf is adjustable, but we haven't yet found a need to do so. The controls are on top of the door, which is tucked a little under our counter which is great for aesthetic, but makes it less easy to see. The best part for us: SUPER quiet. Reading other reviews we had no idea how to judge dBA's, but would not go with any other. It is so quiet that we almost don't know it's on, unless you get up close next to it and listen carefully. If it was any quieter, we'd be constantly concerned that its not operating. I would not go with any other. There are several wash options of course and it does take longer, but we discovered it uses less water and less energy with longer cycles. We haven't yet experienced needing to have a load of dishes washed in an hurry, so we're fine with less water/less energy and taking longer.

Very pleased. This dishwasher is quiet and cleans great. Highly recommend. The third upper rack extends capacity without interfering with loading things in the second rack. No need to rinse dishes. Dries well. Top controls keep the face of the dishwasher door uncluttered. Looks great and goes well with our Kitchenaid stove and refrigerator.

So far no complaints! Cleans well, is quiet, dried and the third rack is a nice addition! My only issue was around installation. The mounting configuration and requirements led to the door not being flush with my countertops when closed. Still functional and looks nice but wish it had set back farther. Some washers that were "cosmetic" snapped or broke off during install.

Quiet, need to look at indicator lights to tell it’s running. Very effective cleaning and no residue on glassware using Finish tabs from Costco, and Finish rinse aid. The pro wash setting is favorite as it senses soil and adjusts accordingly. Took me a while to get used to uppermost extra rack. This dishwasher holds more than any previous dishwasher. I highly recommend this model.

Love this dishwasher so far. Cleans great, runs quiet, and has lots of room for all size dishes.

We are completely satisfied with this dishwasher. The racks are well organized, so far it does a great job washing and drying the dishes, pans and silverware, and it is very quiet.

My dishwasher was 20 yrs old until I just replaced it with the kitchenmaid. This is a super quiet 3 rack clean fantastic appliance. I give it a 5 star rating. I've been using it over a month now and still don't know when it's running it's that quiet. It's all stainless steel and very clean. Dries fantastic and I love the 3rd rack. I highly recommend this dishwasher :)

After doing two weeks worth of research, we decided on this KitchenAid dishwasher. The reviews across many stores (hardware stores, etc) were consistent on its power and performance. This is one of the few top tier dishwashers that has a heating element in it. The top and middle racks are designed with excellence - very efficient and space saving. The inside quality is excellent and superior to Bosch in my opinion. After looking in And seeing the the Bosch units in action and comparing it KitchenAid, it was obvious to go with this model. We are set for install Tuesday 5/19/20, so I will update this after the install and first use.

We originally purchased a Bosch 300 series, but when it was delivered and we prepared to install it, it was filled with standing water and had a huge dent in it - clearly not a brand new unit. I called customer service and they were phenomenal; even though they had no more Bosch's in stock to replace it with, they offered us this Kitchen Aid model, and we like this even better than the Bosch! The third rack on this model is better because it allows you to position your mugs and glasses just right so a special spray arm cleans them out thoroughly. The middle rack is adjustable so you can raise or lower it depending on your needs. It is super quiet, dishes come out amazingly clean, and DRY - even plastic. Absolutely love this dishwasher.

So far, I absolutely love this dishwasher. The third rack is a GAME CHANGER. It is SUPER quiet when it is running a cycle and washes/dries very well.

We love this dishwasher! We have had Bosch, LG & GE Profile, by far this is our favorite. The third rack is top notch! It not only holds flatware but also glasses which is perfect. This dishwasher holds a lot of dishes! Love the adjustable rack. The whole layout is perfect. Did I mention it is extremely quiet! Great purchase!
