The soap wasnt dissolving during the washes and then when we pulled it out to investigate, looks like it has been leaking as well! Because it's outside of the window, neither Best Buy nor Kitchenaid will help. I expect a lot better from a $1,300 appliance from such a well known brand.

We have been “saving dirty dishes “ to give the machine a good workout when we get around to using it. So, we are very happy knowing it’s there and working when we need it!
