Three-Tier Dishwasher

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took some time to adjust to this dishwasher -- I lowered the second rack to fit in taller glasses and took out the utensil bin in the third rack -- all utensils now on the top rack -- and it holds a lot. You must howevwer use a drying agent as the booklet recommends (the reason for my lower rating on Dry Quality).

Best Buy makes it Happen.

Best Buy Tech immediately came out and recommended we return and get a new one. The second unit works great and is much quieter than our old KitchenAid.

It has 3 shelves with lots of room, it’s very quiet. I replaced it with another Kitchen aid that was still working fine but wanted it to match my new Kitchen Aid double oven! Kitchen aid has great products and good value!

The series of dishwasher we initially purchased had a problem. Best Buy replaced it with a different model from the same manufacturer. Every one of multiple Best Buy people we talked to were spectacular and the intimate replacement was installed perfectly and works wonderfully. Thank you Best Buy -- you well earned a loyal customer.
