This dishwasher has been so amazing. As a great husband though it can frustrating because we will literally run out of plates and it won't even be half full so I can't use that as an excuse to not run it! 12/10 would recommend

Really liking the new dishwasher. Upgraded from our plastic tub to the stainless. Solid construction and very quiet when operating. Took a little bit of getting used to the three racks vs. two but I have to say that I love having all the options for loading them. All in all I believe that we have made the right choice to purchase this model.

Installation was easy for this home handyperson. Some reviewers say they dislike the silverware slots. They prevent nesting so I suggest keeping them but make the slots the same size (large). This dishwasher dries plastic better than our previous dishwasher, but still not completely.

The dishwasher looks great, it’s spacious and allows for an easy placment or dishes cups and other ustenciles. It’s quiet, however the normal cycle takes longer than normal.

We bought this dishwasher, and a Best Buy service plan for it. It ran fine for a while, and was fine when it worked, but a couple months before the first year was up the heating element died, so it won't run hot, it does a lousy job of cleaning, and it won't dry anything. We called Best Buy but they told us we had to go through the manufacturer for warranty service, they won't help us until after the warranty expires. The manufacturer's website, after running through some forms, informed us that service is not available in our area, and gave a phone number to call. After three tries and a total of probably 3.5 hours waiting on hold, we got to a technician who told us that we needed a repair, but that no service was currently available in our area, but some outside firm was going to be retained to maybe figure out how to hire someone to fix it, and they would hopefully contact us within a week.

It’s too soon to give the dishwasher five stars but I can say it’s silent. Mixed results with dishes being clean and dry we are still experimenting which mode works best.

Very good dishwasher I like that it has only a few folding prongs because when they all fold like our last LG they start falling over it’s hard to put stuff in the dishwasher that way. It gets everything very clean and dry but it is a little bit louder than the LG

This was a purchase to replace a Samsung dishwasher that completely failed while under extended warranty. This Kitchenaid dishwasher is supposed to be an upgrade and should be with almost a double the price unit. That being said, it's about the same in audible sound, and since it was literally just delivered, I've yet to form an opinion about the effectiveness of the cleaning. The delivery was scheduled by Bestbuy with a 3rd party, and after having to blow a day's vacation to be home for the delivery window of 12pm-8pm, they never showed up. I spent almost 3hrs plus holding on the phone and being cut off with no help that night. I personally drove back to the store where purchased the following day in order to find out where my appliance was. I was told that it was there. They didn't seem to have any knowledge of the non delivery. I told them I could not use any more vacation time to reschedule the delivery, and somehow they found a slot for me, that day, before I went to work. The whole exchange process was not very pleasant, and the extended warranty was a crazy series of hoop jumping to get any results. In summary, the jury is still out for me.

Great dishwasher! I bought this to replace a Frigidaire model and the two aren’t even comparable. This thing works so much better and is so quiet!
