    Dishwasher has leaked intermittently since purchase. KitchenAid has attempted to remedy the situation numerous times. They will send untrained professionals to your home (they subcontract to the lowest bidder), and they will damage your home. I wrote a truly lengthy and detailed review prior, but Best Buy saw fit to have it removed.

    Not Impressed with cleaning/drying - then leaks

    Never cleaned or dryed dishes very well - Would have to pre-rince and sometimes rewash by hand after removing from the dishwasher after cycle. Started to leak from Detergent/Rinse aid dispenser and set off code F8 E4 (beep) after 16 months of use (maybe used 4/5 days a week with a 3 person household) After having a Monogram dishwasher for 20 years (still worked but replaced when remodeling our kitchen) - We got this dud. Best Buy has taken over a month to fix (Totat Tech - not impressed!) Seems appliances are just getting worse and worse every year - Best to keep old applicances as long as possible.

    Bought in Jan 2022. Broke down May 2023. Replaced control board- a few functions are now working but it looks like something else also burned out that blew the control board. Still not operational. Bought new whirlpool washer and dryer have had service done on them within the year warranty. Apparently, big issues going on with Whirlpool production. Buying extended warranties on everything- what a joke. However, accounting department still operational.

    I don't like this dishwasher at all. I had to replace my dishwasher that was 24 years old. It was much better made. Some of my dishes and silverware had mold on them, I do rinse them because I only wash dishes once a week, my old KitchenAid never left anything on the dishes. I'm so dissappointed in this dishwasher.

    The dishwasher is not anything like what we were told. It is much louder than what we were told. Also the quality of the product appears to be of lesser quality than others. Would not recommend for almost $1200.

    The dishwasher was installed 1/13/22…it will not work..After I press either the Normal or Express Wash Cycles , I get the F9 and E1 error codes…I have thrown the circuit breaker off and on hoping for a reset…No change…I ran the garbage disposal, Pressed Drain, but do not know about a clogged drain hose or disposal plug being knocked out. The flashing time sign stays the same. Manuel says call service. Help!

    2 years later, very loud, poor support

    Purchased in March 2021, and starting in August 2023 it has grown significantly louder. I know phone soundmeter apps are not 100% accurate, but at 1 meter away it is now average 57db vs. the advertised 44db. So out of warranty, no local authorized service providers on the KitchenAid website (I'm in suburban Kansas City).

    This was a replacement for a defective KITCHENAID dishwasher, after 6 times of repair in 8 months! Unfortunately, the replacement is questionable because its making louder noises than the old one!

    Dishwasher received is defective. Leaks water from the door and ruined/warped our new hardwood floors. Used a measuring cup under the leak on a subsequent run and over two cups of water leaks out in one run. Parts are on backorder so haven't been able to use since January when we moved in. Couldn't return since it was installed in our new construction house to our move in date and use of the dishwasher was past the 15 days.

    2 years after purchasing the pump is leaking and Bestbuy will not help even though I purchased 5 year plan. They send you to KitchenAid’s help number…. Their response time is 5+ days for a call back!!! Do not buy this product, coverage, or anything from Bestbuy.

    The dishwasher was delivered a week ago and we just set it up because it was delivered with no hoses, missing 2 legs and the kick plate is missing. All of these tools were with the dishwasher when we bought it so I have no idea where they went.

    Cleans and dry's poorly and has already had two major issues in the first year. One with the drain valve and another with overflow. Already way cheaper in price a year later - makes complete sense as this is a very poor dishwasher...
