Eexcellnt dishwasher I really recommend this brand

Dishwasher motor went out now the dishwasher doesn't work the stainless steel had rust on it and they blame everything on covid KitchenAid is a horrible brand

This dishwasher is horrible. It has had alarms and errors blinking twice now. Best Buy is refusing to return it do not buy this dishwasher

Absolutely love this dishwasher. Significantly more room (better layout) than the Bosch it replaced and the flexibility inside is even better than my 20 year old KitchenAid I left when we moved. I read a lot of reviews before going to see one in person. The long wash/dry cycle is because of our DOE friends as all of the current dishwashers are like that. I have always prerinsed dishes before loading in a dishwasher and so I typically run the express wash cycle along with the prodry (you have wash options and dry options to choose from - make sure you chose a dry cycle or you will have wet dishes!). I learned long ago to leave the door shut for about an hour leaving the residual heat to finish drying dishes and continue to do that with this dishwasher. Removing the bottom level first keeps any water from rimmed coffee mugs from falling on dry dishes. The options for washing and drying in this dishwasher give great flexibility and since I run my gold rimmed china in the dishwasher, that is important to me! There are four stemware holders to keep wine glasses safe that are easy to use. We have stemless glasses which fit beautifully on the very top rack along with little things like small bowls, measuring cups, coffee mugs, etc. This frees up the other two racks so that I can fit everything in and room for more. The Bosch filled up in a couple of days with plenty of dishes left to either hand wash or wait for the next load. Not so with this KitchenAid. We have had this installed for two weeks and hope it lasts at least as long as our last one. BTW, the ProWash and ProDry cycle combo does take awhile, but the dishes came out clean and dry. Very quiet with just enough volume in the kitchen to know that it is going. It has logical placements for kitchenware. I removed one of the silverware covers [slides off], filling one side as designed and the other for oversize silverware/serving utensils. It is easy to accidentally hit the wash/dry buttons, but that was true of the old Bosch that had buttons in front. Don't worry about that for if you don't shut the door within four seconds, everything cancels anyway - or push the cancel button and be done with it. Racks glide SO smoothly and it is thrifty in how much soap and rinse aid it takes. The front right that changes colors as it goes through cycles, so you can see across the room at a glance what it is doing. It is gorgeous and I love the handlebar for dishtowels. The only thing that would make it better is going back to the old fast cycle times of old, but I don't think we will see that anytime soon.

Out of box that was that said all was working and it was leaking water. Had to return.

Horrible experience! First dishwaher shows up damaged and cant install. Next 14 appointments scheduled and still not installed! Hopefully we can have an operating dishwasher by 12/28/22

What can I say but WOW, spend the extra money on this, you will not regret it... It is so quiet, you wonder if it is actually running. Its efficient, and you can fit quite a bit of dirty dishes with that third rack.

I love the way it cleans. Did a great job. The noise level is nonexistent. The ability to adjust the shelves is wonderful. A great product.

Cleans and dries great and quiet. easy to install

This was a replacement for another more expensive machine that was very disappointing. This dishwasher reminds me of the quality of the Kitchen Aid of old. It is quiet, does an excellent job and drys well. Even the door hinges show quality…Kudos.

Best Buy installer was really professional in workmanship and friendly, it’s worth spending few $$$ more on this dishwasher. It’s extremely quiet, 3rd rack is best and well designed compared with other models and brands. Cleaning experience is best so far, replaced GE profile appliance.

Amazing, I had a previous model 22 years, $300 to repair so thought about new one. Excellent Dishwasher, huge capacity, Dishes cone out clean and dry. Could not be happier.

The washer washes very well Very quiet wash. However, the washer dies too often. The first time it stopped working was 11 months after purchase. Luckily it was under 1 year warranty and was fixed by kitchenaid. The entire motor unit underneath needed to be replaced by the technician. Now just 20 months after that was fixed it died again with the same symptoms. Very dissapointing since this cost about 3 times as a basic washer, which I had before and lasted 2 times longer.

Holy smokes! This thing is awesome. It cleans and dries the dishes so well. It’s ergonomic as heck. Love that I can adjust the middle rack up or down or even remove completely for taller items. It feels way more spacious than any other dishwasher I’ve used. My father has a really pricey GE that cost twice as much as this, and this dishwasher is all around better.

I was very excited to get this model because of their 3rd rack design and noise level. The installation was very smooth and on time. Actually the crew were awesome. After the 4th wash, the machine started making a constant buzzing noise. So I called Best Buy and they offered to replace since it was under 30 days. I received the second one and after the 2nd wash it started to making a weird clicking sound from the top. This unit was not quite at all. Also this one was not washing the dishes properly. I tried several times with different settings but same issue (noise and not cleaning) so I ordered a different brand now not KitchenAid and waiting for the 3rd installation in less than a month.
