We have had the Refrigerator/Freezer for 2 weeks now, it has performed beyond our expectations and the two center drawers on the unit are awesome. Have had a lot of refrigerators over the many years, GE, Frigidaire, Whirlpool and Samsung, this one by far exceeds all of them.

Absolutely wonderful, The size is great, looks fantastic in my kitchen. I am very pleased with everything about it.

Nice fridge. Didn’t realize the small drawers were self close, but one of them has a hard time closing all the way. We got a great deal for the fridge, but don’t see worth in spending full price. I love the measured fill up feature for water. Great for meal prep. Tons of fridge room, multiple drawers and compartments for freezer.

This is a good refrigerator, it has a lot of space to store things and it has a very fancy body

It's a beautiful refrigerator and we love the layout options. Unfortunately, it's been very difficult to level the upper doors. We've also had several plastic parts on it break from regular usage. A Bosch refrigerator would've been a better choice; unfortunately their models did not fit in our space.

Great design, features and quality, this is a very professional looking appliance with plenty of storage space.

Cool looking in black stainless and quite large too. Much better than our previous counter depth unit.

Where has this refrigerator been all my life. Talk about convenience, everything is compartmentalized for easy access. Guests compliment us on its looks and style. I would recommend it to anyone.

The look of this refrigerator is sleek and modern! The only thing I do not like about this product is larger taller items don’t fit! And there is not slot of door space to put dressings and condiments in.

This refrigerator has great space and the two draws are awesome for placing fruits and veggies where they are easily accessible. The adjustable main shelfs makes arranging things easier and can changed based on what your needs are at that moment.

If you want a good refrigerator that has little drawers for children, look no farther

Rather than swapping out the entry refrigerator to address a damaged door, the techs swapped out the damaged door but the inside door shelf was not provided. I Noticed the missing shelf shortly after their departure and I called the delivery tech and provided notification within minutes of their department. Given they were making their next delivery in the immediate area it would be easy to swing by and provide the shelf. I called twice and never heard back and the missing shelf was never provided. I am still awaiting the shelf.

Love this fridge. Great storage, but huge. We didn’t account for how deep it was. Make sure you consider the depth!

It works well. Had to adjust to the space. Freezer is a little small. Price is too high. However, it looks good and works well so far.

This is my first Kitchenaid Refrigerator. I found it to be the better quality from the previous brands that I have used. I like the different compartments set up and the measured fill of the water dispenser. One negative thing I can say is it doesn't give you a warning sound when you leave it open for several minutes.

after install, this unit did not cool. It was very hard to deliver 60 miles away and to have 3 guys carry up a flight up stairs. I scheduled an appointment and the geek squad cancelled my first appointment the day they were suppose to come out. Then came out on the second appointment where the tech spent 5 minutes and deemed it not repairable. I was tired of not having a refrigerator so, as I am handy, I tried to replace some components. The tech might have been right since I could not get it to work either. Geek squad said since I purchased it a Best Buy clearance...all I could do is load it back up on the truck and return it 60 miles to the clearance center. The warranty did not cover replacement only my purchase price back. To make matters worse, I was in an accident trying to return it and the refrigerator was ruined. Not their fault for the accident but IF it worked I would not have been in that situation. At that point, I could not return it and I lost 100% of my money. At least they were gratuitous enough to refund a prorated amount of my warranty cost. Don't buy geek squad warranties on clearance items, they do not honor replacement.

I would of given a five star, but one of the doors makes a loud noise each time you open it. It also run a little loud.
