This fridge has far surpassed our expectations. When it was first installed we thought there was an issue with the door electronics. Turns out, it wasn't plugged in all the way. Best Buy was extremely professional and helpful to deal with

Love this fridge and all of its features. The lighting inside is a true white light, so everything looks so fresh and crisp. My moms ordering this same fridge because I love mine so much!

I love the fridge. I am learning how to best utilize the storage space and drawers. I love the three tier freezer. It makes things easier to find. I recommend this fridge. It is expensive. I hope it will last better than my Samsung.

Its really spacious and love the middle part. I can choose to make it a fridge or a freezer.

love all the functions and ease of use. Its quiet and amazing drawers and led lighting. Its ice maker is the perfect size to always have ice ready for us. I really like the shelf that you can collapse so you can put larger items on the shelf.

So far so good... lots of room... noise level is very quiet. Beautiful appliance.

Very nice looking and good space. Keep in mind that the ice maker is not the best one, but it's enough to have a couple of glasses with ice during the day.

Ive owned 2 of these in the past 4 years. First one almost made it 3 years then the interior lights, water dispenser and ice maker completely stopped working. So i buy a new one this March with a dent in the front freezer door at a discount. Tonight it completely crapped out. Doing EXACTLY what the last one did. I will NEVER purchase another Kitchenaid appliance EVER!

Best refrigerator we have ever owned. Bought this in September 2017 and it has worked flawlessly. We love the black stainless and it doesn't show fingerprints. All of the different compartments make storage a breeze. The drawers are especially convenient and help with energy consumption because it is not necessary to open the main doors to access food. The freezer has drawers that allow easy access to frozen food. We never run out of ice. The automatic close feature is also great. So don't wait, just get one!

Love this fridge. No issues so far. I'm huge into organizing so I love the two extra drawers. Perfect size for our family of three...soon to be four.

5 door frig is the way to go! Saw it in the showroom and it was a must have!!! The 2 mid drawers are fantastic!!! Overall-Design is functional and very ROOMY!!! Also like the freezer set up and the 2 horizontal drawers.

The Kitchenaid Refrigerator is AMAZING!!! Plenty of space to store the amount of groceries we do. Aside of the first refrigerator being damaged and having to wait a few extra days for a new one, the refrigerator is awesome!!

As a previously satisfied Kitchen Aid customer, I was thrilled to see this product and bought it at first sight. However, less than a month in use and with the refrigerator full of food, it stops working, bit nervous but not worried, confidant that Kitchen Aid would stand behind its products, were told that the earliest a repair person could come to look at our refrigerator was 10-days, that seemed bit odd, asked to speak with supervisor, explained our situation, we have no back-up fridge and over $300 in food and again we were told 10 days is the earliest and best we can do, we're sorry, we just have to deal with it . We're still waiting for the repair person to show up but based on this brief ownership experience I wouldn't trust my families needs to KitchenAid.

Fridge is nice, smaller drawers feel more loose than they should but I think that’s intended. Best Buy delivery was a disappointment though

My previous refrigerator had the same cu. ft. as this one, but this Kitchen Aid has more organization built in and it looks like it is half full when compared with my old one. I am thrilled with this purchase and it looks beautiful in my kitchen!!
