I paid expensive price for this refrigerator! I will never buy any kitchen aid brand!

We bought the unit brand new and it arrived defective multiple dents and scratches, and it didn't keep the cooling temperatures. It spoiled our food. Best Buy attempted to send us and additional 2 fridges to replace the defective unit but they both arrived in a worse condition than the first one. We eventually had no choice but to go back with Samsung fridge. My suggestion is if you do but this item always triple check for any damages.

The worst of which is ice builds up inside the refrigerator. The ice buildup occurs behind the drawers. This keeps them from closing properly so it's all messed up.
