Karina, the salesperson did an excellent job getting us through the purchase to include the installation/removal package. William and Robert - the technicians - also did an excellent job with removing the existing refrigerator and installing the new, KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator.

We have always been Samsung fans. But we decided to change to kitchen aid. Our worst mistake. We bought the unit brand new and it arrived defective multiple dents and scratches, and it didn't keep the cooling temperatures. It spoiled our food. Best Buy attempted to send us and additional 2 fridges to replace the defective unit but they both arrived in a worse condition than the first one. We eventually had no choice but to go back with Samsung fridge. My suggestion is if you do but this item always triple check for any damages.

Had this unit for two days and the motor sounds as though it is a small airplane getting ready to take off. Vibration is vivid. It is a nice looking unit with good features, but the noise!
