I've read too many issues with Samsung and LG refrigerators. This unit focusing on organization and functionality. We love and and trust the Kitchen Aid name. We are happy with our purchase!

Very elegant fridge. Good use of space and shelves. Water and ice work well. The water flow is great, but doesn't stream very well. The lower freezer drawer is very well layer out and well organized. The produce drawers are great for little kids to get too without them getting into the upper fridge.

Arrived with a caster bent. Missing freezer drawer handle bracket. Spill control edge shelves blink constantly. Ice maker has made 12 cubes in 7 days. Called for technician and after 3 hours My ice maker still does not work and the shelf lights still blink. There is no quality control here. All the other lights work but the shelf lighting slowly strobes. The tech went through 3 technical support calls and got no where and now I’m waiting for a call back. We have a 12 year old fridge in the garage that doesn’t have a single issue but this one fresh out the box is busted. Do yourself a favor and reconsider.

Beautiful addition to the kitchen. Black stainless exterior resists prints and smudges, in addition to looking so great. Inside, there is plenty of space and the customizable storage makes it so everything has a place with ample room to spare. Great purchase.

Danial and Roberto was great. They called me ahead of time to let me know that they were on their way. after taking all the plastic off the refrigerator they explained some things about the refrigerator that they felt we needed to know up front. They were great!

It is smaller than I thought, my fault should have measured. Looks a bit small in my kitchen but other than that I like it.

We received the fridge. The whole experience was perfect from purchase to contact delivery. Very impressed with the transaction. We’ve not yet installed because we are in the midst of building. This fridge is heavy!!!!!!

This a great refrigerator. We have been using it for 2 years now and the performance is flawless. I did get an extended warranty which I rarely do since ice makers are notorious for failing in all brands.”

We continue to have issues with water drainage from underneath the fridge. We have had two groups of technicians out here to no avail. I now have a tech from the Whirlpool company coming.

The guys at the best buy outlet store were very helpful and courteous. It made our decision and purchase a lot easier

This is one of the most functional and quality product out there, love the dual functional draw for fridge and freezer.

Absolutely love my new refrigerator! It’s lay out is very smart, and makes the most of every available square inch. I really like the multiple drawers both for the refrigerator and freezer.

We had a great delivery team that took care of setting up our new refrigerator/freezer. We've been very happy with the ease of use, accessibility, and features on it.

Woulld prefer an ice button seperate from the water button rahter then one yu need to toggel back and forth

After about 7 weeks, everything good so far. One drawer cover came loose. I will file a warranty claim for it. I'm not worried about the drawer not being fixed.

The girls working in appliances where helpful and knowledgeable. We went to all the stores in area and came back to Best Buy. They helped us order appliances in line and walked us through next steps. I would recommend to anyone to check out Best Buy for their next appliance purchase.

This ice maker works better than previous ones. Learning how to fit items in refrig a bit tricky.

This is an excellent refrigerator and has all the nice/quality features you'd expect from a KitchenAid appliance. The installation was very quick and easy by the Best Buy delivery team.
